Karpov","doi":"10.18334/WATCHEMEC.11.10-12.139-145","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18334/WATCHEMEC.11.10-12.139-145","url":null,"abstract":"Для выявления флуоресцентных особенностей грибных метаболитов проведены спектральные исследования культуральной жидкости и водной суспензии грибных спор шести штаммов разнопигментированных микроскопических мицелиальных грибов — типичных обитателей водных и наземных биотопов, потенциальных патогенов и агентов биокоррозии материалов. Все изученные штаммы, Trichoderma harzianum, Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium cladosporioides, Aspergillus ustus, A. terreus и Fusarium solani, разделены на три группы в зависимости от паттернов флуоресценции при длинах волн возбуждения 280, 310 и 370 нм. Первую группу составляют A. alternata, C. cladosporioides и A. terreus, экзометаболиты которых представлены меланинами и меланино-подобными соединениями, сходными с гуминовыми веществами по спектральным характеристикам. Паттерны флуоресценции второй группы, представленной образцами T. harzianum и F. solani, свидетельствуют о превалировании в спектрах свечения НАД(Ф) Н. Образец A. ustus, у которого максимумы испускания флуоресценции располагались в длинноволновой области (500-520 нм), что характерно для флавиновых соединений, отнесен к третьему типу. Инструментальные флуоресцентные методы анализа эффективны для обнаружения в водной среде специфических грибных структур и связанных с ними эндоили экзометаболитов.","PeriodicalId":347928,"journal":{"name":"Voda.
