In this paper, a parallel-kinematic symmetrical stage to eliminate the error of antenna is proposed to realize the 2-DOF rotation with compact physical size. The flexure Hooke hinge is utilized to replace traditional U-joint with its characteristic of distributed compliance to eliminate the rotation clearance and to improve precision. This parallel mechanism is constituted of two symmetrical chains which are UPS kinematic chains with one spherical joint(S), one ball screw prismatic(P) and one flexure Hooke hinge(U) and one fix chain. Geometric analytical method is implemented to establish the kinematic model and the resolution of the parallel mechanism. A prototype stage is fabricated for experiment study. The open-loop testing is conducted to validate the stage's performance. Result show that the 2-DOF parallel mechanism possesses a compact dimension, which offers a workspace of ±2°×±2° with the repeatability precision of 0.01°.","PeriodicalId":344187,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Vision, Image and Signal Processing","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117297572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In order to explore the mechanism of influencing factors of pilot fatigue, the relationship between fatigue and pilot fatigue is discussed from four dimensions: individual factors, scheduling factors, workload and sleep factors, and the hypothetical relationship is put forward to establish the structural equation model of pilot fatigue. In this study, some airline pilots were randomly sampled, and 80 questionnaires were distributed and 72 valid questionnaires were recovered. The survey includes five parts: personal information, scheduling information, workload, sleep survey and fatigue scale. The multidimensional fatigue inventory-16 (MFI-16) is used as the fatigue scale, which evaluates fatigue performance from four dimensions: general fatigue, physical fatigue, mental fatigue and decreased motivation. Then analyze reliability and validity of data, verify and analyze the hypothetical relationship of the model with AMOS22.0 software, and optimize the model according to the fitting coefficient to get the primary influencing factors. The results show that the influence of sleep factors on pilot fatigue is significantly higher than that of individual factors, scheduling factors and workload, which provides reference for airlines to implement fatigue risk management system (FRMS).Among all the influencing factors of sleep factors, rest sleep habits (d1) and sleep time before flying (d2) have the greatest influence on fatigue. It is also found that individual factors and workload have negative correlation with sleep factors, so it is suggested that fatigue can be relieved by reducing drinking (a2), commuting time (a5) and monthly training/examination times (c5).","PeriodicalId":344187,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Vision, Image and Signal Processing","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116810436","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, an optimal threshold registration algorithm is proposed. Firstly, a modified descriptor is constructed adding in color information to increase the descriptor's distinctiveness and robustness. Based on the primeval descriptor calculated by SURF, color information is got with color space transformation and is superimposed on the primeval descriptor. Secondly, an optimal threshold method is put forward to increase the accuracy rate. Finally, a novel purification strategy is used to make the result more accurate. A set of measures has been used to evaluate the registration result. Extensive experimental evaluations show that the optimal threshold registration algorithm is robust and accurate.","PeriodicalId":344187,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Vision, Image and Signal Processing","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131073866","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

PET imaging and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) are potential diagnostic biomarkers. In this work, we performed GWAS and a novel linear regression method on 10 neuroimaging quantitative traits(Qts) included AV-45 PET data of frontal, cingulate, parietal, temporal regions, entire cortical, and CSF levels of Aß42, T-tau, T-tau/Aß42, P-tau, P-tau/Aß42 data using a sample of 667 subjects from the ADNI database. As we expected, the most significant loci, APOE, APOC1, TOMM40 genes were replicated in our GWAS. Additive linear regression model for SNP-SNP interaction detecting considered age, gender, and clinical diagnosis as covariates. 337 of SNPs showed statistically significant interaction effects on the T-tau/Aß42 level (Bonferroni-corrected p-value <0.05). And few significant variants were identified in other 9 phenotypes. It indicated that linear regression method can be used to detect susceptibility of quantitative traits and identify novel AD risk loci.","PeriodicalId":344187,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Vision, Image and Signal Processing","volume":"203 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117097792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Owing to conventional multi-objective optimization algorithm with many drawbacks such as low convergence speed and easy to cause local optimal solution to acquire, the improved artificial colony algorithm in which individual extremum and group extremum are introduced is used in this paper to effectively overcome those drawbacks. Then the new improved artificial colony algorithm is used to implement optimizing model with all levels road mileage and best capacity parameter as variables and the urban road network traffic capacity and service level as the optimization goal. The results show that improved artificial colony algorithm has strong robustness and global search ability. The optimized target is relatively increased and the road network construction costs are relatively reduced. It consists of two 1m-diameter antennas with high spatial resolution of 0.18 degree FWHM. A High range resolution of 15m is realized with the FMCW type radar, which is about 10 times higher than that of normal pulse type radar. The radar has enough sensitivities for faint clouds at high altitude and has high resolution in Doppler measurements. Using the millimeter wave radar we observe various clouds, and especially clouds with rapid changing phenomena such as heavy precipitations, violent winds, and so on. We can make rapid scanning observations of clouds with the radar. These result with scanning imaging reveal some important information of clouds and precipitations: dynamic motions of cloud interior, production of large droplets of precipitation in high altitude up to 10 km in cumulonimbus, sudden acceleration of precipitation after falling from bottom of clouds, and so on. These facts show that the facility is quite useful for environmental monitoring on clouds and precipitations.","PeriodicalId":344187,"journal":{"name":"International Conferences on Vision, Image and Signal Processing","volume":"59 6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124320095","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
