In Indonesia, a crime is punished according to the court's ruling. If done to children or teenagers, it can lead to negative stigma and discrimination that can impact their future development. For this reason, other approaches to child-related legal cases, such as restorative justice, must be considered. As a result, this study seeks to assess the impact of restorative justice in Indonesian juvenile courts. The research method used is normative juridical legal research, and the research strategy is legal. Secondary data sources include literature and document investigations. The research concluded that diversion is one of the alternatives for addressing legal issues outside of court, as stated in Law No. 11 of 2012 about the Juvenile Justice System, stressing deliberation among perpetrators, victims, families, and connected parties. There is a fundamental difference between the economic system in a country that adheres to a liberal-capitalist democracy and a socialist democracy, the Pancasila populist economy, and an economy that is developed within the framework of spiritual values ​​such as the value of divinity (Tawhid). The emergence of political investors whose interests are accommodated from the transactional system, including the hegemony of capitalism which has an effect on globalization, causing the market in the financial center of national boundaries, is the application of a democratic system that comes out of the values ​​and paradigms of Pancasila. The banking sector  is a community fund collection institution. Until now the existence of the banking sector has increased, it also makes there an increase in risk. This increase is characterized by the increasing distribution of public funds to the banking sector. Due to the large amount of these funds, as for the regulations issued by Bank Indonesia regarding  the implementation of risk management for commercial banks with Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No.7/3DPNP dated January 31, 2015. This research aims to find out the application of risk management at PT Bank Mandiri. The type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. These changes then lead to a new rule that needs to be followed by everyone, so this situation is referred to as the new normal. Human resource management has a vital role in life in the new normal and oversees various associations or institutions. In dealing with the new normal, various learning activities need to be changed so that the spread of the Covid-19 virus can be stopped or inhibited. Human resource management that oversees educational institutions needs to find new learning strategies. This research was carried out using a qualitative approach with secondary data sources. The study results indicate that the implementation of virtual learning guided by the teacher needs to be carried out with careful efforts, preparation, and debriefing to reduce errors that occur. Then, on the other hand, parents need to help and supervise their children in learning so that there is no laziness or cheating during exams at home. To understand the context of reflective coaching, one needs to understand the meaning of reflection. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a pre-experimental approach. This research was conducted during the first semester of the 2018-2019 Academic Year. 30 teachers from Al-Ihsan High School Jakarta were joined. It consists of 16 female teachers and 14 male teachers with ages ranging from 22 to 40 years. The study was conducted during the teacher education program training. From this research, it can be seen that reflective coaching, in this context, is considered to play an important role in creating efforts that prioritize collaboration. The goal of the analysis is to examine the impact on financial output of intellectual capital and market cap. The writer utilizes research data from a total of 9 firms in the study data for 2016-2019 to be used by non-financial listed companies on the Indonesian stock market; the study process is the analysis of panel data. The findings from this study indicated that VACA, VAIC, Market Capital Value Added (MCVA) and Earnings per Share had a favorable and meaningful effect (ROE). This study is to analyze various factors that influence judges to determine the focus of punishment for drug abusers who are underage. This research is a qualitative research with a juridical-normative approach. The data used in the form of secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and literature study, the number of respondents in this study revealed 10 court judges who had handled drug cases committed by minors.
