Healthy skin has sufficient moisture and is maintained, so it can function properly as a protector and barrier against harmful outside agents, such as pollution and infection. This literature review aimed to describe the role of a moisturizer in maintaining healthy skin. Moisturizer helps keep the skin moist so that the skin does not become dry and irritated. Skin that is too dry can damage the skin easily and lead to skin problems such as eczema or psoriasis. Moisturizers containing antioxidants can help protect the skin from free radical damage and prevent premature aging. Antioxidants like vitamins C and E can help prevent wrinkles, fine lines, and dark spots on the skin.

However, acne can also occur in adulthood due to factors such as stress, genetics, and overuse of cosmetics. There are various types of treatments for acne, ranging from topical treatments to oral medications and cosmetic procedures. This literature review aimed to describe the diagnosis and treatment of acne vulgaris. Acne is a common skin condition, and the degree of acne can vary from mild to severe. Acne can be classified according to its severity, namely acne degrees I (mild), II (moderate), III (severe), and IV (very severe). Acne therapy that is appropriate to the degree can help reduce inflammation and speed up the healing of skin affected by acne. In grade I acne, therapy begins with topical treatments such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or retinoids. In grade II acne, acne therapy involves topical and oral treatments. Oral antibiotics such as tetracycline or doxycycline can help reduce skin inflammation. In grade III acne, acne treatment usually requires stronger oral medications such as isotretinoin. In grade IV acne, acne therapy usually requires more aggressive interventions such as cyst drainage or laser treatment to remove acne scars. In conclusion, determining the right degree of acne vulgaris can improve the accuracy of therapy and cure.

This cannot be separated from minimal knowledge about the importance of keeping feet clean while working. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the incidence of tinea pedis in oil palm plantation workers in Sonomartani Village, Kualuh Hulu District, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency, Indonesia. \u0000Methods: Cross-sectional observational study. A total of 48 research subjects participated in this study. Observations on sociodemographics and factors of the risk of developing tinea pedis were carried out in this study. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS univariate and bivariate. \u0000Results: The results of the study showed that age <35 years and female gender were associated with the incidence of tinea pedis, p<0.05. Personal hygiene factors such as using their own towels, washing feet after activities, and the habit of drying shoes after use are associated with the incidence of tinea pedis, p<0.05. \u0000Conclusion: The habit of washing feet and keeping shoes dry is a factor risk that contributes to the incidence of tinea pedis in oil palm plantation workers in Sonomartani Village, Kualuh Hulu District, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency, Indonesia.

This literature review aimed to describe the clinical aspects and management of monkey pox. Risk factors that can influence the spread of the monkey pox virus to humans are contact with infected animals, flea bites, travel history or being in monkeypox endemic areas, people with immunodeficiencies, age, and occupation factors. The clinical symptoms of monkeypox in humans are often similar to those of smallpox in humans. The time between infection and the onset of clinical symptoms usually ranges from 5 to 21 days, with an average of 12 days. Treatment of monkeypox is mostly supportive and aims to reduce symptoms and prevent complications. In order to prevent the spread of monkeypox, it is very important to avoid contact with animals infected with the monkeypox virus and to take other precautions, such as ensuring good hygiene and avoiding tick bites.
