The relationship between entrepreneurial behaviour, community interaction, technology adoption, and business competitiveness was investigated through quantitative analysis using a sample of 276 firms with random sampling technique and indicator comparison in SEM-PLS. Findings indicate a strong positive correlation between competitiveness, social capital, technological innovation, and entrepreneurial behaviour. In addition, this study reveals how social capital serves as a moderator to strengthen the beneficial effects of entrepreneurial mindset on competitiveness. The model shows a good fit, highlighting how well it captures the complex dynamics within Kintamani's distinct cultural and geographical environment. The findings of this study provide implications in enhancing MSME competitiveness, and practical insights that will direct plans for sustainable growth in this unique region by focusing on improving social capital, adapting to technology and increasing the level of entrepreneurial orientation for MSMEs in Kintamani Bali.","PeriodicalId":332418,"journal":{"name":"Sinergi International Journal of Management and Business","volume":"12 13","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140409911","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A numerical method was used to survey 238 different villages in various areas. Key features, such as where the samples were located, how many people were involved, and their social and economic backgrounds, were thoroughly examined. Descriptive statistics, evaluation of the measurement model, and analysis of the structural model were conducted to understand the complex connections between the variables under investigation. The results show important and beneficial connections between social capital, community empowerment, social entrepreneurship projects, and waste management techniques. The model fit assessment attests to the validity of the proposed relationships. In addition, an obvious implication of this research is the increased awareness of each party be it the community, government and social enterprises. Community engagement through the level of social capital has been recognised in this study followed by statistical evidence, as well as community empowerment and social entrepreneurship. Effective waste management is generated by collaboration between all elements.","PeriodicalId":332418,"journal":{"name":"Sinergi International Journal of Management and Business","volume":"18 s1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140412758","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is due to a discrepancy in the amount of stock found between the cycle count results and the data of the items in the system. Utilizing a quantitative research design, questionnaires were distributed to 160 participants, and IBM SPSS version 26 facilitated double linear regression analysis. The data's findings indicate that while work discipline has a negligible effect on employee performance, motivation has a partially favorable and considerable impact. A positive and significant influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Warehouse PT Shopee International Indonesia Branch of Bekasi is indicated by the F test results, which yielded a F count of 139.11 and a F table of 3.05, meaning the F count > F table with a Signification value of 0.00 < 0.05. The determination coefficient (R2) is 0.639, which indicates that 63.9% of employee performance is influenced by work discipline and motivation, with the remaining variables being determined by other factors that have not been investigated.","PeriodicalId":332418,"journal":{"name":"Sinergi International Journal of Management and Business","volume":"155 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140484360","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, these banks still provided a high percentage of dividends to their shareholders. This prompted the author's interest to analyze the effect of the cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets and firm size on the dividend payout ratio of state-owned banks listed in IDX High Dividend 20 in the 2018-2021 period. This research is a quantitative research, with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the EViews 12 application as a data processing tool. The data used is secondary data, with the sample being the financial statements of state-owned banks listed in the IDX High Dividend 20 in the 2018-2021 period. The results of the study indicate that cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, return on assets and firm size simultaneously have a significant effect on the dividend payout ratio of state-owned banks listed in IDX High Dividend 20 in the 2018-2021 period, with a significance level of 97.14%. Partially, however, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and return on assets have no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio, except for firm size which partially has a significant effect of 0.7143 on the dividend payout ratio of state-owned banks listed in IDX High Dividend 20 in the 2018-2021 period with a significance level of more than 95%. Prospective investors can use the size of a state-owned bank as a standard in determining the right state-owned bank to invest in, because the larger the size of the state-owned bank, the greater the percentage of dividends it distributes to its shareholders.","PeriodicalId":332418,"journal":{"name":"Sinergi International Journal of Management and Business","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-05-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128120921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
