Along with the cosmetic problems, there may be associated feeding problems, speech problems and dental anomalies. Cleft Repair Surgeries are aimed at restoring the normal anatomy. The aesthetic and cosmetic outcome is a major determinant of the success of Cleft repair surgeries.
