The results illustrate that the village has potentials to develop as a CBT village. It has infrastructure of roads, water supply, electricity and new tourism attractions.. It also has physical potential attribute including safety to travelling, the rich and the reputation of the tourist attractions. For environment preservation potential, it is sufficient in sound quality management including noise far from the industrial area, urban, or noisy activities; air quality management including smoke and dust free, no smell spread and no annoying in the tourist attractions. The potential of economic and social attributes: the places are clean, and safe. There are friendly people in the village. Cultural potential attribute is a unique tourist attraction. For natural potential attributes, it is natural beauty and beautiful scenery. The environment potential attributes is good. There is an opportunity for tourists to learn the way of life of the community. The management potential attributes, the village has only information signs for tourist attractions. Roads are sufficient, but electricity, water supply, toilets, parking areas, alarm signs, emergency, and the first aid equipments are evaluated at moderate level. This study aimed to gain a thorough, in-depth understanding of the opinions of Filipinos from different age and income brackets on these issues in order to address the lack of studies analysing the current Philippine political landscape. An interview tackling relevant national issues were conducted with twelve respondents from the intersections of four age groups and three income brackets. The government’s handling of some issues received mixed opinions, some had neutral viewpoints, while others had more unfavorable ones. The responses differed on three levels: (1) the general stance on an issue; (2) the strength of a stance; and (3) the factoring in of an issue in forming an overall perception on the administration’s performance. Contrary to previous studies on political thought, opinions varied greatly such that no unique set of viewpoints could be attributed to any of the defined age or income groups. These results will be most useful to political science researchers, political analysts, and candidates shaping their platforms for the upcoming elections. Therefore, users have online access to millions of information today. Sri Lankan national university libraries are also moving towards the digital information repository system to provide access to efficient e-resources. These e-resources are enriched with e-books, theses and dissertations, research publications, preprints, conference proceedings. Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs) are reflected as a first target form of above e-resources. Because ETDs are providing 365 days of access to current research outputs. Therefore, this research tends to find out the several research questions such as availability of ETDs, Mode received, types of ETDs, authority approval, policies and procedures, method of access, fund allocations as well as associated problems of ETDs. The research was carried out by selecting Sri Lankan national university libraries and data was collected via a structured online questionnaire while observing the relevant ETD websites. This study found that the majority of Sri Lankan University libraries moving towards digitizing Theses and Dissertations. Three national university libraries have not introduced ETD services at the present. However, they are willing to introduce the same service in the near future. Through the cloud-based services, libraries have the opportunity to uplift their storage, universal accessibility, efficiency and user interaction. Sri Lankan university libraries are keen on gaining knowledge regarding new technological advancements including cloud computing and have started adopting Cloud Computing Services (CCS) for functioning the library activities efficiently. The studies based on the use of CCS in the libraries have not been researched thoroughly in the Sri Lankan context yet. This study mainly focuses to identify the utilization of CCS in the university library system. The study employed quantitative research methodology while using the survey method to collect data and structured questionnaires were distributed among 15 university libraries recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in Sri Lanka. The results of the study indicated that the majority of university libraries tend to use CCS without a satisfactory level of awareness of Cloud Computing Technology (CCT). It is observed that the usage of CCS does not depend on the level of awareness of CCT. During the past few decades’ societies have witnessed an enormous growth in the IT sector which has drastically changed the way people live today. According to that, information and communication technology for public administration has lead the way to e-government while providing an easy platform for all citizens to find information in an effective manner. In order to provide e-government services, Sri Lankan government has introduced “E-Sri Lanka National Development” project in the year of 2005 and Sri Lanka government web portal was the central place of that implementation. This study investigates the usage of e-government services among citizens of Sri Lanka. The research mainly focuses to identify the factors that can be impacted on the usage of e-government applications among citizens in Sri Lanka. Citizen’s awareness levels, usage of different e-government applications and attitudes on the use of e-government services were found in this study.
