The analytical tool used is quantitative in the from of descriptive data analysis and secondry data with the Williamson Indeks analysis method, which is to compare the level of per capita income and population during 2016-2020. Based on the result of calculations using the Development Inequalty Analysis, it fluctuates and decreases, in 2016 it has an inequality of 0.99 while in 2020 it has decreased by o.88. however, if the data are averenged, the regional development inequality level of the regency/city of southeast Sulawesi Provinceis in the range of the high development inequality level category From year to year. And the factor that cause inequality are the increasing number of people who are increasing but the available business fields are still inadequate so that the low level of community income will affect the inequality of development. The result show that simultaneously provincial minimum wage (UMP) and inflation significantly influence on open unemployment in Southeast Sulawesi Province period year 2004-2020. The data obtained were analyzed using location quotient analysis. The type of data used in this study uses secondary data. The results of the analysis show that the catch fisheries commodities of West Muna Regency which are the superior commodities are demersal fish, mangrove crabs, and sea cucumbers. Among the three leading commodities, mud crab has the highest LQ value of 9,35. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data with a time period of 2010-2021 consisting of GRDP data according to GRDP according to expenditures based on constant prices, per capita GRDP data and average per capita data. consumption expenditure. This study uses simple linear regression analysis. The software used in this study is Eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that GRDP per capita has a positive and significant influence on public consumption in Kendari City. The data analysis used in this research is inductive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the lease has been running according to Islamic law, even leasing is prescribed in Islam. However, in the implementation of leasing at Ode-Ode Rental there is a deviation made by the tenant which we can see in the risk of accidents described previously, where the tenant cannot afford the damage to the car he experienced in accordance with the rental agreement.
