Initially, the vicissitudes of Psychology in its historical and scientific development are presented, to then give a space to the different tendencies that Psychology has in the areas mentioned above, from the international, Latin American and national level, in which it is estimated that mental health is relevant, not precisely because of the approach of the abnormality, but because of the identification of resources necessary for the confrontation of adverse situations, internal or external, that make the human being resilient. Neuropsychology, which, at the level of scientific production, has a good position in the ranking of Latin America and the organizational area, which has been one of the fastest growing areas in the economy, in which topics of interest are highlighted such as inclusion/diversity, occupational health, stress/aging, health factors and safety at work ,that both affect the health and productivity of the worker.
