Ratification is carried out by incorporating and making the basis for the formation of laws involving children. The principle of best interest for children is the main reference. This study used the Juridical-Normative Research Method with a Descriptive Analysis Approach, with the aim of analyzing Legislation Related to Children in Conflict with the Law and then to look at the essence and objectives of the Principle of Best Interests for Children. So that this research results in that Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (UU SPPA) is the Main Law being studied, in that Law provides Legal Protection for children who are dealing with the Law with Three Classifications, children as perpetrators prioritizing restorative justice and diversion, children as victims receive special medical treatment, and children as witnesses are facilitated by electronic recording media to reduce trauma. This study aims to determine the level of teacher readiness in the implementation of the inclusion school program in Jepara Regency in 11 regular elementary school candidates who have been appointed. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach. The primary data source was the result of an online questionnaire distributed to 16 respondents. The results showed that 97.9% of the respondents were ready for the implementation of the inclusive school program in Jepara Regency with a readiness range between 61-100% and 2.1% of the respondents answered that they were not ready. Thus, strategies and prevention efforts are needed. The purpose of this research is to analyze data on child marriage cases in the Jepara Region and as a forum for participating in carrying out outreach activities to suppress child marriage cases in the Jepara Region. .The research used in this case is field research or field research by applying the case study method which is packaged in a qualitative descriptive manner. This research was conducted in the Jepara area. Data collection techniques in this study are by observing, interviewing, and document analysis. The results of the study show that child marriage in Jepara is increasing every year from 2020 to 2023. The causes of early marriage are influenced by several factors, including education, customs, environment, and the economy are the dominant factors triggering child marriage. The impacts caused by child marriage are health, psychology and domestic violence, the economy, and divorce. The values contained in masculine and feminine can be seen with an open and conceptual mind. This study aims to determine the classification of masculinity and femininity and the representation of values displayed in Juno's masculinity and femininity according to Bem's perspective.This study uses a qualitative research type with the theory of BSRI (Bem Sex Role Inventory) as an indicator of data collection and the theory of semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce as a method of data analysis. And, using the opinion of Sachiko Murata as a supporting theory. The data collection technique used is documentation by analyzing text, audio and visuals.mThe results of the study found that there are 15 masculinity personalities of Juno's character from 20 personalities according to Bem's theory, and 17 feminity personalities from 20 personalities according to Bem's theory. Classification of masculine and feminine according to Bem's theory, traditionally, Juno is considered a feminine man, so that the representation of Juno's masculinity and femininity values has a negatif self-adjustment. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of women in family resilience, in Jepara Regency. This was type of field research by applying the case study method which is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. This research was conducted in the Jepara area. Data collection techniques in this study are by observing, interviewing, and document analysis. In schools, all children's needs can be accommodated by implementing the GESI or Gender Equality Social Inclusion paradigm in elementary schools. This study aims to describe GESI nuanced learning implemented at SDN 1 Inklusi Sowanlor. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction and data presentation, the data that has been presented is verified and draws conclusions. Thus, conclusions can be obtained about the research with the object under study based on the data from the analysis. The results of this study show that GESI-nuanced learning is implemented by SDN 1 Sowanlor with several applications. First, all students who apply are accommodated without discriminating as long as the quota is still met. Second, learning activities are carried out by paying attention to special abilities and needs in inclusion children.
