Crouzon syndrome, one among the Syndromic Craniosynostosis, is an autosomal dominant condition which is characterized as a triad of skull deformities, facial anomalies, and exophthalmos. The syndrome was named after French neurologist Louis Edouard Octave Crouzon in 1912, with a prevalence of 1 in 60,000.
