The study was conducted in the period 2013 to 2018 using path analysis. The results found that of the three proposed predictor variables namely size, DER, and ROA, only DER was able to determine stock returns. The effect is positive so the greater the DER ratio, the better the stock returns obtained. Therefore, the amount of debt is not a problem if used as well as possible, because management at this type of company has successfully used funds from external to improve its performance which will ultimately increase returns. Besides, size is found as a variable that can predict ROA, not as a stock return predictor. But the effect is negative so the larger the size of the company the smaller the ROA ratio. This is a unique finding in companies that have high liquidity compared to other types of companies Keyword : Study, Market.","PeriodicalId":311149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the The 3rd International Conference on Advance & Scientific Innovation","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129988867","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Education as explained above, the point is humanizing human beings based on the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. This, of course, will have different meanings when viewed today, education is used as a way to find jobs. So that the graduates produced may not necessarily have a good attitude or character. Therefore, education that has a meaningful and purposeful goal (humanizing humans) must be returned by not making education as a land to draw human beings as workers only. The government as the executor of the task should not only look at the challenges of the work world but also need to pay attention to the moral degradation that occurs in Indonesian society today.","PeriodicalId":311149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the The 3rd International Conference on Advance & Scientific Innovation","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-09-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130003554","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One indicator that can be seen is the number of West Java Batik hashtags, which are still fewer when compared to the number of batik hashtags originating from the provinces of Central Java and Yogyakarta. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze a number of problems which are considered as the causes of the lack of optimal management of Instagram social media as a promotional media for West Javanese batik. The method used in this study is a descriptive case study which tries to describe the problem by observing the Instagram account of the West Java batik businessman. The results obtained indicate that there is a neglect of the functions and features available on the Instagram platform, so that information dissemination and product promotion activities cannot be carried out optimally. This is due to a lack of understanding and ability to optimize available features.","PeriodicalId":311149,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the The 3rd International Conference on Advance & Scientific Innovation","volume":"294 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134106156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
