This difference aims to make man and woman is able to complete each other so that they are able to live together peacefull and, lovely. However, dignity value between man and woman is the same. The distinction among human beings is seen from the quality of their obedience but it can not be viewed from their gender. For general and Islamic educations in particular, the time management is also an important part of success in the educational activity. One of the crucial issues is that how to transfer the concepts of competences into the syllabus design.  Since a syllabus does not only contain a list of subject content, but also how curriculum planners (teachers) reflect their understanding and belief about nature of language and of language teaching and learning, the ELT must be carried out to achieve communicative competence. The finding showed that there is significant effect on students’ ability in determining main ide of a paragraph by using Jigsaw technique. This finding was proved by the significant differences on students’ achievement between first cycle that is 78 and second cycle that is 84 (it implies that 97% of passing grade can be achieved).
