As the moral standard obeyed by scientific and technological workers in their dealing with the working conditions and doing sciencs researches, science and technology ethics has been payed gnat attention to than brfore. And the basic moral standards of the scientific and technological workers are as follows: loving one's country and people , bringing benfit to mankind, doing scientific researches rigorously, seeking truth from facts, holding firmly to the truth and pursuing tyuth , bringing forth new ideas, making unceasing progrss, drintalning a proper balance in the ralationship between the collective cooperation and the indivadual innovation , and adopting correct attitude towards personal fame and gain.
