The work was performed on 100 preparations of the upper and lower extracranial nodes of the vagus nerve, taken from 100 corpses.In the proximal and distal nodes of the vagus nerve, pseudo-unipolar neurons predominantly morphologically similar to those of the spinal nodes. With age, the total volume of the neurocellular fund changes, it is significantly reduced. The most significant shifts are noted in extremely oldage, which is evidence of a significant narrowing of the adaptive-compensatorycapabilities at this age.","PeriodicalId":272791,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF NEUROLOGY AND NEUROSURGICAL RESEARCH","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127166113","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors explained the pathogenesis of complication by narrowing of the groove of the nerve on the condyle (s. Ulnaris) and excursion of the nerve during flexion and extension, followed by the development of perineuritis and neuritis. Other authors expressed the opinion that the development of neuritis is associated with microtraumatization due to the pressing ofa nerve to the internal epicondyle by the ulnar process and with the formation of an endoneural neuroma.","PeriodicalId":272791,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF NEUROLOGY AND NEUROSURGICAL RESEARCH","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125238808","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The clinical picture differs with polymorphism of combinations of reflex, radicular and spinal syndromes, reflecting multiple and multilevel involvement of various structures of the spinal canal -roots, vessels, vegetative fibers and spinal cord. Our conservative treatment of spinal stenosis has a positive clinical effect, which makes it possible to recommend it to a wider application in outpatient and inpatient practice","PeriodicalId":272791,"journal":{"name":"JOURNAL OF NEUROLOGY AND NEUROSURGICAL RESEARCH","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116882220","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
