Currently the environmental monitoring over the quality of the water environment influenced by mining, has become a particularly significant issue. The Saksagan River is an example of a water body located in the center of the industrial agglomeration of Krivyi Rih. The natural regime of the Saksagan River has been changed by the regulating influence of dams, the discharge of mine and waste water, water intake in technical needs for industrial water supply, irrigation, fisheries needs and the regulation of the riverbed for industrial needs. The “Octyabrska” mine. The planned operation of PJSC “KRYVBASZALIZRUDKOM” lies in continuing the production of highgrade iron ore at the field of the “Octyabrska” mine according to a Special permit for the use of subsoil dated 12.10.2001, No 2557, Order of the State service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine dated 31.10.2018, No 410 – extension of validity; dated 31.10.2018, No 412 – amendments. The impact of planned operation on the water environment of the Saksagan River is primarily conditional upon the formed surface run-off of the water from the industrial site of “Octyabrska” mine of PJSC “Kryvbaszalizrudkom”, which after purification on a local effluent treatment plant is discharged to the Saksagan River. The “Octyabrska” mine of PJSC “Krivbasszhelezrudkom” has one release (No 2) of return water (rain and meltwater from the territory of the industrial site) into the Saksagan River. The discharge of treated wastewater (rain and meltwater from the industrial site) into the Saksagan river is carried out on the basis of a special water use permit No 363/DP/49d-18 dated 27.06.2018.","PeriodicalId":272311,"journal":{"name":"SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS OF UKRAINE AND EU IN THE AREA OF NATURAL SCIENCES","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125915191","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Taking into account human impact on natural and artificial reservoirs, their hydroecological state is constantly changing, there are changes of hydrology, water quality, hydrobiological characteristics, among which special attention should be paid to the ichthyocenosis. Among the Dnipro river reservoirs, the Kremenchuk and Kakhovka ones are marked by the largest areas of the water surface (225 and 215,5 thousand hectares), the largest filling of the water level during the year (4–6; 2–4 m), the maximum of which falls on the winter period (January-March), and the lowest complete water exchange (2,5–4; 2–3 times a year). According to the location of the cascade of reservoirs from south to north, the Kakhovka reservoir is located in the lower flow of the Dnipro river in the steppe zone, lower than others which affects its hydrobiological features. The Kakhovka reservoir was filled with water in 1956, it has an open top that flows directly into the river and has the largest width at the top, which reaches almost 23 km. The area of shallow water with depths is 2 m and occupies 5%, where, mainly, vegetation grows and phytophilous fish spawn. The Kremenchuk reservoir is located on the middle flow of the Dnipro river in the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine. Its top is supported by a barrier above the Dnipro reservoir. Shallow water in the Kremenchuk reservoir makes up 18% of the total area. Filling of the Kremenchuk reservoir with water to the planning level lasted for two years, during 1960–1961. The Kremenchuk reservoir is distinguished by the presence of three large tributaries of the Sula, Vilshanka, and Ros, a considerably larger area of shallow water with depths of up to 2 m, and a width of up to 30 km in the","PeriodicalId":272311,"journal":{"name":"SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS OF UKRAINE AND EU IN THE AREA OF NATURAL SCIENCES","volume":"75 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127085104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The increase in yield was mainly due to selection and genetic improvement of varietal composition, increasing the productivity potential of genotypes, adaptability to variability of agroecological factors, tolerance to stressors of biotic and abiotic origin. This emphasizes the importance of the main direction in increasing productivity of breeding and genetic development, which according to leading scientists provide the main increase in yield and gross harvest in recent years 1, . Ukraine has a strong potential for grain production. Therefore, today an important area of scientific support of crop production is the creation of highly adaptive varieties and hybrids of agroecological orientation with a high degree of genetic protection of the crop from biotic and abiotic environmental factors, development of scientific bases for genetically programmed varieties and hybrids of given biological and economic orientation 3, . Ukraine intends and has the opportunity to take an honorable place among the world's leading developed countries in terms of economic performance of the agricultural sector and has already established itself as a powerful producer and exporter of corn grain. The rapid growth rate of corn production is due to the extremely high positive response to genetic changes and technological developments 5, . Ukrainian breeders have created corn hybrids with a certain level of adaptability to specific agro-ecological zones and technologies. All of those things have the relevant consequences for the world agricultural sector, and the current situation influences the operation of agrarian formations of different subordination in Ukraine as well. The global markets selling food and agricultural goods are in rapid evolution, however, the escalation of international commodity prices for the product of this category is on an upward trend. At the same time, to the extent of economic development of multiple countries and simultaneous increase of the national income, there is an expansion of consumption of high-protein food products of animal origin that is principally manifested in a growing trend of eating the meat of different types and forms. Besides, sheep breeding as an element of the livestock section keeps producing of such forms of organic raw materials like wool, milk, thus enhancement of its effectiveness is one of the foreground tasks of the agrarian sector of the economy of many countries. Ukraine is at the stage of transformational advancement of the market economy and one of the major exporters of many important agricultural goods, the main of which are wheat, corn, sunflower seeds. Moreover, taking into account the congestion of European market producing beef, pork, chicken meat, Ukrainian manufacturers can become chief players in the market relations in the part of lamb and mutton. Nowadays, a full supply of the population with meat, as the most abundant source of the native protein, is the most urgent and hard nut to crack in the global economy. Both the international and domestic experience furnish convincing proof that in the current context, this problem can’t be solved","PeriodicalId":272311,"journal":{"name":"SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENTS OF UKRAINE AND EU IN THE AREA OF NATURAL SCIENCES","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131297638","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The appearance of this disease is predetermined by the influence of various exogenous, immune, endocrine and genetic factors or by their combination. Regardless of its mechanism, the insulin deficiency leads to carbohydrates metabolism disorders at the first place, which leads to hyperglycemia. Glucose accumulation in blood leads to glycolysis and TCA intensification that results in an intensified work of electron transport chain in mitochondria. A membrane potential rises to a critical point that causes a block of a III mitochondrial complex, an electron from coenzyme-Q10 passes on to an oxygen molecule and a superoxide anion (•O2) is being formed. In a state of hyperglycemia a mitochondrial superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) cannot cope with the excess of the superoxide anions and the oxidative stress begins. Superoxide anion converts to the hydroxyl-radical, hydrogen peroxide and peroxynitrite after interaction with other compounds. The oxidative stress goes along with proteins nitrification, lipids peroxidation, DNA fragmentation, changes of cell signaling, activation of PARP-1, which results in metabolism and mechanisms of cell signaling disorders that are typical for diabetes complications . As a result of pathological changes that occur under the condition of diabetes a lower glucose intake from blood, a local decrease of intracellular glucose reserve in a form of glycogen and triacylglycerides, an energetic depletion of the organism are seen. Altogether it leads to energy substrates deficiency that directly correlates with defense systems efficiency, in particular of the antioxidant one.
