In this paper, the sow postnatal do not eat the careful observation, do the corresponding experiments and records, the system introduced the sow postpartum not eat the performance and impact, and fi nally according to the sow postnatal do not eat the diff erent factors, to take the appropriate countermeasures and Prevention. Through comparison, a more comprehensive comprehensive prevention and control program is obtained.","PeriodicalId":269259,"journal":{"name":"Insight - Veterinary Science","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115686462","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In poultry, the mother can pass their own immunoglobulin to the off spring through the egg, and play a protective role for the off spring [20]. In this study, 102 samples of Jilin white goose were tested by ELISA. The IgG content of IgG and goose embryo in egg yolk during the development of goose embryo was tested. The results showed that the IgG content in goose serum and egg yolk was 14.707μg / mL and 3967.62μg / mL at 14.5 days, and 1495.6413μg / mL and 2821.363μg / mL at 34.5 days (3.5 days).","PeriodicalId":269259,"journal":{"name":"Insight - Veterinary Science","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123096775","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The calf's scientifi c rearing is the most important part of sustainable development of a ranch. Calf management is a complex and detailed work, breeders need to consider three factors: nutrition, disease, and environment. In order to make calves become a good reserve cattle, it is important to ensure that calves have a balanced, adequate nutrition, reduce calving morbidity, mortality, and a suitable environment. More excellent young cattle can produce more prolific lactation cattle. This article introduce the calf feeding and management work from the feeding and management, environmental management and other aspects.","PeriodicalId":269259,"journal":{"name":"Insight - Veterinary Science","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121757255","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The experimental mice were randomly divided into four groups: control group (0 mg / kg), low dose group (50 mg / kg), medium dose group (100 mg / kg), high dose group (200 mg / kg), 6 rats in each group, the test period was 2 weeks. The results showed that the mortality rate in the high dose group was higher than that in the middle dose group and the low dose group. Pathological observation of high-dose group showed hepatic steatosis and granular degeneration, hepatocyte showed honeycomb appearance, low dose group and middle dose group hepatocyte enlargement, cytoplasm filled with red stained fine particles; low dose group In the renal tubular degeneration, renal tubular epithelial cell swelling, so that the lumen becomes smaller or narrow, interstitial telangiectasia, congestion. In the middle dose group, there were obvious degeneration of the renal tubules, and there were many red dye protein in the lumen. Part of the renal tubular wall cell structure was destroyed. High dose group of renal tubular epithelial necrosis, disintegration, fall off in the lumen. The results show that copper poisoning mainly damage the liver, kidney and other tissues and organs, eventually leading to morbidity and even death.","PeriodicalId":269259,"journal":{"name":"Insight - Veterinary Science","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132429602","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
