It implies to more than ordinary speaking and writing. The skills themselves require a great deal of efficiency when put to use let it be a housewife or businessman, an engineer or a doctor, a employer or employee, a professor or a student. In accordance to the communication process it does involve a sender, receiver and response to the sender's message. In order to increase the employability of engineering graduates, communication skills have become crucial. In order to meet and exceed the expectation of all corporate sectors, universities have had the need, to review communication courses and teaching approaches. The companies seem to demand from the universities to give them students with people-related skills. They needed people who could work in a team, sharing their inventive and creative ideas.
