It is noted that Eastern Asia and the Pacific remain the leader among the regions in terms of share of exports and imports of ICT goods. It is predicted that the future of the ICT market for the next 10 years is connected with the implementation of the accumulated technological potential of the Asian market, which will push the markets of European countries and the USA. It is noted that the priority areas of scientific and technological development of the PRC, designated by the Chinese government, require significant investment and computing power. For their implementation, internal production of ICT goods is created and developed, and significant scientific discoveries have been achieved. It is worth noting that back in 2013, the leader of the PRC, in accordance with the open society policy proclaimed by Deng Xiaoping, outlined the concept of a global project One Belt and One Road, which includes the Silk Road Economic Belt (SREB) and the Maritime Silk Road XXI century. Initially, the SREB was assigned the role of a transport corridor between the Asia-Pacific countries and Europe.
