The author analyzes the effectiveness of the process of development of information and management competencies, identifies factors that contribute to improving the development of masters of of Technical higher educational institutions for future teaching activities. In the article the diagnostics of revealing readiness of development of information and management competencies on a measuring instrument (indicators) is given. The quality of education was monitored, on the basis of which indicators for the following evaluation objects were developed and tested: educational activities; extracurricular activities; the quality of the conditions for ensuring the educational process. Their use in the process of experimental and experimental work is also considered. The objectives of this research are to identify principal style and its effect on academic achievement. The “Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire” (LBDQ) formed by Halpin (1966) was used. Meanwhile Academic achievement was measured using the “School Certificate Examination Results from 2017-2020. A total of 191 teachers and 15 principals from government school in Addis Ababa were randomly chosen. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the data. To support data obtained from questionnaire given 10 teachers were interviewed. The results showed that most of the school leaders adopt a democratic style of leadership. There was a significant correlation between the structure of task-oriented leadership style and students’ performance in the examinations. Correlation analysis also showed that principals practice task- oriented structure and consideration-oriented structure in relation to their work responsibilities. However, even defining the concept of communicative competences itself is not an easy task, due to the fact that literature of the subject gives many ambiguous interpretations. Frequently, it is identified with the level of knowledge and skills indispensable for effective communication with the interlocutor, with ability to adjust both verbal and non-verbal language to the recipient and encouraging him to cooperation. In this article, author gives the characteristic of the process of communication in the teacher-student relation, with special focus on types and styles of communication in education. The observation has been done using cause and effect criteria. 11 cause and 14 effect clusters have been used in this study. The study result of this work shows that all the effects are connected to the given causes and a cause-effect graph has been generated for each connection. In this paper, two independent linear prime functions of two variables p₁and p₂are constructed in the variable interval [1, 2m], and then two equivalent linear even functions of two variables N and 2m are logically deduced. The present study came to a consistent conclusion based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of these two equivalent even functions: in the same definitive domain (greater than 2), the equations N = 2m must be established.
