A quantitative methodology was used, supported by an online questionnaire, with a sample of 355 answers. The results reveal an intensification of online shopping, changes in the catalog of products purchased, and an increase in spending. Trust has no particular influence on the buying behavior analyzed, but it is a determining factor in the decision to maintain or break with the behaviors acquired. From a theoretical perspective, this study presents an integrated model for analyzing buying behavior in the pandemic context. For management, the results of this study provide information about the behavior during and post-pandemic of the young adult segment. This segment is highlighted for its large adherence to e-commerce and for being the generation of buyers of the future.","PeriodicalId":233826,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Business and Legal Sciences","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117224374","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

O clima e o contexto organizacional onde os colaboradores se inserem tem um papel fundamental na criação de condições que sejam indutoras do pensamento crítico e desenvolvimento organizacional. Neste artigo revê-se a literatura sobre criatividade, a sua aplicação em contexto organizacional e o quão importante pode ser no contributo para o crescimento e desenvolvimento organizacional. O objetivo geral é confirmar quais os requisitos fundamentais para a criatividade em contexto organizacional. A metodologia seguida é de natureza quantitativa, tendo-se recorrido durante a Pandemia COVID-19 à aplicação de um inquérito por questionário online e registado 104 quadros empresariais respondentes. Os resultados obtidos permitem-nos concluir que a formação é determinante para a criatividade dos colaboradores, a inovação está diretamente relacionada com o grau de criatividade, os colaboradores que trabalham em equipa tendem a ser mais criativos e a criatividade influencia o desenvolvimento do negócio.","PeriodicalId":233826,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Business and Legal Sciences","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122832306","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most social media users use them to search for information about a product to determine whether they want to proceed with the purchase. Therefore, companies must develop digital marketing strategies for their profiles on social networks, especially in competitive markets, such as organic products. The objective of this study is to understand whether Facebook’s features have an influence on the purchasing behavior of consumers of organic products and which of the features has the most impact on these individuals. A questionnaire was created to carry out this study, which received 205 responses. The results of the study showed a positive influence of the following Facebook features on the purchase behavior of consumers of organic products: the “like” button, the “share” button, and the “advertising” button. Furthermore, these features proved to be more influential on Generation Z.\"","PeriodicalId":233826,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Business and Legal Sciences","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121632240","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study adopts a systematic literature review, relating the concepts, studying their impact on economic development, and enumerating the variables that may serve as indicators. Data was collected using the Prism method, which allowed a total of 561 articles (from 2006 to 2022) which 13 were used for analysis. The article guides researchers towards a better understanding of the concepts through the systematisation of several investigations carried out so far, also allowing the delineation of the relations between both and their impact on economic development. The articles are clustered into the following themes: i) the relationship between entrepreneurship and digitalisation; ii) the impact of digitalisation and entrepreneurship on economic development; iii) variables that may serve as gauges of the impact on economic development.","PeriodicalId":233826,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Business and Legal Sciences","volume":"136 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123587852","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The implemented project aims to define improvements in the processes of creation, organization, and sharing of info documentation, leading to the development of instruments in this area. This is an applied investigation, based on the review of narrative literature and the collection of evidence using observation grids and their analysis. It is also exploratory-descriptive research, allowing one to know and deepen themes. It was necessary to map the documentation produced throughout the developed projects and to an evaluation of the documentation stored in the institutional repositories. Improvements were proposed in the creation, organization, and sharing of information documentation that used the technologies to facilitate the creation, access, and dissemination of info documentation, thus fulfilling the proposed objective.","PeriodicalId":233826,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Business and Legal Sciences","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121849797","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
