Bouvot's Ordo licentiatorum has been used as the primary source, supplemented by the following: the Catalogue des licencies de la Faculte de Th eologie de Paris depuis 1373h1774; Chartularium Universitatis Parisiensis; the Register of the Beadle of the Faculty of Theology; and Henri Bernard- Maitre, S.J., oLes oTh eologastreso de loUniversite de Paris au temps doErasme et de Rabelais (1496h1536),o Bibliotheque dohumanisme et renaissance (1965).
