Supporting these arguments, we found that higher-status team members facing higher levels of professional dissimilarity (i.e., working with higher proportions of lower-status team members) reported fewer instances in which colleagues accused them of incompetence or breached norms of professional conduct; the latter resulted in lower levels of negative emotions and negative behaviors. Lower-status team members reported higher levels of these outcomes when working with higher proportions of higher-status team members.","PeriodicalId":223909,"journal":{"name":"MedRN: Other Surgery (Topic)","volume":"59 10","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114089495","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
