For a long period e-leadership was rather a random case than a common practice in municipalities. Covid-19 pandemic has affected the change of organizational practices globally, forcing even municipal administrations to look for ICT tools helping them to keep their internal processes continuing. Laws and regulations have been changed to legalize remote work, therefore, e-leadership as a common practice gained the peak of practical importance. The aim of the article is to reveal main challenges of e-leadership for municipal administration employees during Covid-19. The article is based on the summarizing of empirical results of the case study, conducted in Lithuanian municipal administration. The sudden turn to e-leadership required leaders and employees of municipal administration to adapt new tools, time planning and working culture, which had some positive and negative effects on leaders and employees in municipal administrations. It influenced the decrease of time wasting, increased rational and targeted communication, and the careful and trustful control of tasks’ implementation. On the other hand, the changed situation and leadership methods had a negative impact on the psychology of employees (constant tense and uncertainty), increased work-life imbalance, etc.","PeriodicalId":223906,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Finance, Information Technology and Management","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129888956","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lighting the problem of traditional cost systems that unable to provide sufficient data for management include waste and loss during production processes for focusing on the value of raw materials, energy and water generated during production processes .Thus reflected on the lack of production efficiency and lower product quality. The analytical quantitative approach was adopted to employ the material and energy flow cost accounting technique to identify opportunities for improvement in the production process of the produced green cement. The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which are sing the material flow cost accounting technique and green innovation, the variable costs decreased and at the same time the production efficiency increased by achieving less inputs than the outputs, as well as achieving technological change by changing the type of fuel in the furnaces.","PeriodicalId":223906,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Finance, Information Technology and Management","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126578323","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The factors driving the adoption of social commerce is very important since it provides the needed background information for policymakers to help regulate the e-commerce and social commerce industry. Technology adoption theories were also reviewed. Some of the adoption theories or models used to explain the adoption of e-commerce and social commerce among users are Diffusion of Innovation (DOI), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Reason Action (TRA), Technology, Organizational, and Environment (TOE), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). These theories are vital in understanding the reasons accounting for the uptake of social commerce.","PeriodicalId":223906,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Finance, Information Technology and Management","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121517572","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The internal mechanism of digital economy boosting high-quality industrial development is mainly as follows: data elements stimulate new driving forces for industrial development; digital economy promotes industrial optimization and upgrading and technological innovation; digital economy reduces transaction costs and improves the efficiency of resource allocation. Based on the internal mechanism, this paper starts from the reality of the development of digital economy, and puts forward the main implementation path of digital economy to promote the high-quality development of industry.","PeriodicalId":223906,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 1st International Conference on Finance, Information Technology and Management","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132967516","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
