Because the use of equipment, equipment and toys for babies and children is relatively short and not everyone can afford it, this rental service is very helpful for those who have limited funds. ENT can be accessed via the ENT Mobile Apps application online with the aim of making it easier for consumers to choose the items they want to rent without having to come directly to the equipment rental place. ENT is affiliated with several trusted and registered baby equipment and toy rental partners. In this way, ENT will bridge between consumers and rental partners for baby equipment and children's toys. The design method uses the User Center Design method, while the business process analysis uses the SWOT method and needs analysis uses the TELOS analysis method. Based on Usability Testing using the Usability Heuristic method approach, the average indicator assessment was 86%. This research focuses on designing and developing a supporter management application specifically tailored to assist legislative candidates in managing and analyzing their supporter data. The application is equipped with key features such as supporter registration, coordinator management across various administrative levels (RT, RW, District), automated WhatsApp messaging for direct communication and as a form of appreciation, and a quick count feature to facilitate vote tallying. Additionally, the application offers comprehensive data analysis capabilities, allowing legislative candidates to understand supporter characteristics based on various categories such as age, occupation, and education level. This analysis feature is crucial for formulating more effective and targeted campaign strategies. The development method employed is the waterfall method, which includes stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application has been used by legislative candidates in the DPRD of Tangerang Regency in the 2024 local elections and has shown positive results by enhancing supporter engagement and loyalty through structured and systematic communication. This problem arises due to the limitations of the data and criteria used, as well as the lack of transparency in the selection process. This research aims to overcome these problems by applying the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in a decision support system for selecting BLT prospective recipients. The TOPSIS method is chosen because of its ability to handle multi-attribute criteria and different weights. The data used in this research is village population data that has been surveyed and verified by the village government. The criteria used in the selection of BLT prospective recipients include poverty level, living conditions, age, Marital Status, health. The results of the study show that the TOPSIS method is able to produce a more objective and accountable ranking of BLT prospective recipients compared to conventional methods. KIP lectures themselves are distributed by the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture to universities in their implementation. Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi (UMKO) is one of the universities that opens registration for university admission through KIP scholarships. Based on the data, it is known that there are 210 applicants and from the results of the selection of participants who registered for the KIP selection, there were 204 prospective students who took the test process. So far, in determining the scoring data, the results have not referred to and utilized the previous year's data. While the data can be used as a reference as a source of knowledge data. Therefore, a technique is needed to describe the data more concisely and quickly. Data mining is a technique that can be used to describe a series of processes to obtain knowledge or a pattern from a data set. Decision Tree Algorithm (C4.5) is one of the data mining algorithms that can be used for data classification to help solve classification problems. Based on the results of the research on the implementation of data mining using the decision tree algorithm (C4.5), an accuracy value of 100% was obtained. The accuracy test was also carried out using the Naive Bayes algorithm to obtain a comparison of the levels of accuracy. Based on the accuracy test of the two algorithms, data obtained with an accuracy level of 100% on the Decision Tree (C4.5) algorithm and 90.16% on the Naive bayes algorithm. Bahasa pemrograman python memiliki beberapa keunggulan yaitu : bahasa pemrograman python bersifat sederhana dan fleksibel sehingga mudah dilakukan pengembangan (reusable), aplikasi GUI yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan QtDesigner pada python bersifat dinamis dan berbasis event yang membuat aplikasi menjadi responsif. Pembuatan aplikasi GUI menggunakan python semakin mudah dengan adanya QtDesigner yaitu kelas-kelas dalam bahasa pemrograman python yang bersifat event handler yang cocok untuk aplikasi GUI. Penggunaan Wifi sekarang ini sudah sangat lazim kita jumpai dimana-mana baik itu ruang publik seperti taman sampai ruang privat seperti rumah dan kantor. Salah satu keunggulan menggunakan jaringan Wifi adalah satu titik Hotspot (Wifi) bisa digunakan oleh beberapa perangkat device berbeda. Karena kepraktisan inilah banyak dari masyarakat sekarang yang menggunakan Wifi untuk berkegiatan sehari-hari seperti membaca berita, membuka social media, sampai keperluan pekerjaan dan pendidikan. Namun didapati bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang belum bisa menikmati fasilitas Wifi ini dikarenakan setiap pemasangan titik Hotspot (Wifi) diperlukan biaya yang tidak murah dan setiap bulannya memerlukan biaya berlangganan. Untuk hal tersebut, perancangan program pengajuan wifi publik kota Depok dibuat dengan tujuan agar mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengajukan pemasangan Wifi karena bisa dilakukan secara online serta dengan tujuan lainnya yaitu agar masyarakat khususnya kota Depok dapat mengetahui mengenai informasi terkait lokasi yang sudah tersedia Wifi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode waterfall dengan model pengembangan SDLC. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, survey dan observasi. Alat Bantu analisis menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram dan Logical Record Structure (LRS).
