First, this paper makes a simple classification of the data, and then calculates several factors that account for a large proportion of the weight through principal component analysis (PCA). By reducing the dimension of data, the variables are reduced, making the classification basis more intuitive; At the same time, the factors that account for a large proportion of the main factors can be used as the intuitive basis for the division of subcategories. The catalysts, solvents, water, solvent dosage, reaction temperature and other factors in the ammonolysis process were investigated respectively. As well as the solvents, reaction temperature, sodium hydroxide dosage, sodium hypochlorite dosage, residence time and other factors in the rearrangement process. The optimum process condition was obtained as follows: the ratio of m(WP):m(nano-copper oxide, N-Cu):m(NH 3 )=1:0.1:11 for catalytic ammonolysis, reaction temperature of 150°C, reaction time of 24 h, and anhydrous environment; the reaction temperature of microchannel rearrangement was 60°C, residence time of 300 s, and the ratio of n (terephthalamide, DMA): n ( NaOH): n (NaClO)=1:3.2:2.1. To improve the effect of dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) treatment of methylene blue and increase the energy utilization rate. In this study, we employed a novel approach, using a cylindrical DBD reactor, to treat MB in aqueous solutions. We found several factors, including input voltage, aqueous solution flow rate, number of high voltage electrodes, electrode size, and inside diameter of the dielectric tube influenced the MB removal rates with DBD. Our experimental results indicate that the change of electrode parameters can effectively improve the removal rate of methylene blue in DBD plasma treatment.
