In a recent survey it was found that many people died and were injured in suburban train-related accidents since many years. In order to improve the safety of Indian railways the proposed project will serve objective like collision avoidance in which automatic brakes are applied after detection of object on railway track. In order to provide best facilities to the railway commuters crowd management system is also introduced in which each commuter is informed about the occupancy of each coach of train in order to distribute the crowd evenly.
