Since it is considered as the low cost, safe and enjoyable travelling method by the passengers, it is need of the hour to identify the customer satisfaction towards the development of transport service methods in the Bangladesh especially in Launch Service. The major objective of this study is to identify the impact of inland transport service quality on passengers' satisfaction. The present study has been attempted to understand and examine the factors influencing the passenger’s satisfaction in the Launch Service. The study is exploratory in nature and used factor analysis to identify the foremost significant factors of Passenger’s satisfaction with service quality. By questionnaire survey we put our survey into five category those are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy (24 type question). Also, we took a part in photography survey. From photography and questionnaire survey we made a data and put that data into analysis. By analysis the data we made some pie chat and find a result. Though the satisfaction level is not good. From the result it is shown that bollard quality, dock railing system, mooring ropes quality, staff accommodation; those four parts of the launch terminal is very poor. Although bollard quality, cleanliness, dock to dock joint, snapback zone, watchtower service; those five parts of launch terminal is poor. Also, the docking system, lighting system, loading and unloading system, security system for passenger’s, hawker’s volume, terminal maintenance is average; those five parts of launch terminal is good. It is disappointing to say that there isn’t any canteen facility for the passengers. The rest of the part of the launch terminal is good. We also recommended some suggestion which improvement could make a far better passenger’s satisfaction.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Service Quality; Service Variables; Launch Terminal; Structural Equation Modeling

The media and scholarly articles have interpreted these dire consequences of climate change as a climate crisis intimidating the survival of human and other inhabitants on Earth. This mini review aims to examine the concept of climate crisis and establish whether the current state of climate change fits the definition of climate crisis. There is generally a lack of consensus on what a climate crisis is and a plausible notion presents it as a state of climate change beyond the tipping points. This brings tipping points into determining whether we are in a climate crisis and this review finds that the only tipping point surpassed with high probability is that for melting permafrost, glaciers and sea ice. It is particularly challenging to locate the tipping points in a complex Earth system with high geographical, ecological and environmental variability. This review concludes that we are yet to be in a climate crisis but synergistic impacts of environmental degradation could usher in a climate crisis faster than we think.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Climate change; Crisis; Blobal warming; Melting; Ocean; Rainforest

The OPBW mainly includes Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) and Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB). From the present review, the major potentials of OPBW consist of their large availability, being a major sources of lignocellulosic materials for industrial, being economically viable, being a solution to the disposal problem and cost-benefit. The challenges of using OPBW as RE source are being a high dependency on the availability of the OPWB, unfair subsidies given to RE based fuel, the use of POME that produces methane, substantial amount of under-utilization of lignocellulosic wastes from OPBW, the need for further studies on the correct selection of generation plant size, and not economically competitive. Overall, the challenge is to make the OPBWs as a reliable, profitable and sustainable RE industry. Based on the present review mainly from Malaysia, there are definite potentials/advantages of using OPBW as RE source in Malaysia. Ways and suggestions on these practical issues on how to reduce problems facing the use of OPBW as RE source in Malaysia should be investigated and addressed before the large scale utilization of OPBW as RE source can be anticipated in Malaysia.

Traditionally, population rise generates higher demand for milled rice in Malaysia. However, in the past 30 years, milled rice production in Malaysia has been falling short of the demand, prompting import of rice from other nations. The impact of climate change on paddy yield is foreseen to widen the gap of local supply and demand. Increasing temperature has been shown to be more damaging to paddy yield than rainfall variation. 1% increase in temperature could result in 3.44% drop in current paddy yield while a 1% increase in rainfall could cut current paddy yield by 0.12%. With rising temperature, increasing CO2 concentration is not predicted to enhance paddy yield though the photosynthetic rate of paddy depends on atmospheric CO2 concentration. This implies a more deleterious effect of temperature on paddy yield. Draught ensuing rainfall variability can also severely reduce paddy yield. Adaptation of paddy farmers to the impacts of climate change is crucial and this can be achieved with technology advancement in agricultural practices as well as research and development of new paddy breeds.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Climate change; Malaysia; Paddy; Rice; Yield

The most significant finding from this culture study was that, after day 193, the life cycle of first generation of captive-born H. abdominalis in AkuaTAR was successfully observed. It is claimed that this is the first successful life cycle in captivity and production of the next generation of H. abdominalis in Malaysia. Our finding was obviously better because the survival rate was significantly higher when compared to those previously reported for this seahorse species. In short, the present observational study presented a simple culture technique that can produce optimum growth and survival through to adult stage of seahorse H. abdominalis. Hence, the present finding is important for conservation of seahorse H. abdominals in the future.\u0000\u0000Keywords: Seahorse; Hippocampus abdominalis; Closure of life cycle; Conservation

The selected materials were batched by weight and volume. The water-cement ratio opted as 0.50 1:2:4 for mix ratio was selected for the experimental investigation respectively. The specimens were cured for 7, 14, 21, and 28 days. For the purpose Slump, density, and compressive strength tests were carried out. The river sand concrete showed better results and greater density and compressive strength than quarry dust concrete for all curing ages. The 28 days of curing, river sand concrete rise the required compressive strength by 36%, whereas quarry dust concrete was less than the limit compressive strength by 12%. Both river sand concrete and quarry dust concrete for the selected water/cement ratio and mix ratio has been found suitable for non-structural applications and lightly-loaded members where high strength is not a prerequisite.\u0000\u0000Keywords: River Sand; Quarry Dust; Density; Compressive Strength; Concrete
