In addition, the research is directed to the mediating effect of Feng Shui site recognition and adjusted mediating effect of entrepreneurship in the relationship between Feng Shui interest and management performance. Philosophy, management philosophy, ethics, personality, values, religion. The tendency of success or failure depends on the entrepreneurial world view and life view, such as the living environment. In particular, the location selection and spatial composition of workplaces tend to be determined by the personal factors of the founders. The formation of these personal factors can be said to be the result of accumulated customs of traditional customs or customs closely related to life. However, in many studies so far, especially in the study of commercial area analysis, the search for the relationship between Feng Shui factors and small business management performance, which is deeply embedded in our daily space selection behavior, has been a void of absence. It is necessary not to confine the subject of research to small businesses, but to extend it to medium- or large-sized companies. To this end, data was collected from 366 survey results conducted by 370. The survey consisted of, the job characteristics scale and job stress scale, job ethics scale and job engagement scale. The results were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 program. To verify average and standard deviation of variables and mediation model of how job characteristics to job stress through, job ethics and job engagement the author used bootstrapping methods. For the research result, this study presented descriptive statics for each variable of respondents’ and conducted correlation analysis among job characteristics to job stress through job ethics and job engagement (β=-.063, C.I[-.103~-.031]). And job characteristics to job stress through job ethics (β=.080, C.I[.032~.137]). And job characteristics to job stress through job engagement (β=-.253, C.I[-.323~.185]). This study examined the relationship between the evaluation of the management services quality perceived by residents and the satisfaction and recommendation intention of tenants living in high-rise apartments in China. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between tenant’s management service quality, satisfaction, and recommendation intention in a high-rise apartment’ in a large city in China. The results showed that the quality of management services of high-rise apartments had a significant effect on occupancy satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effect of the convergence core competency of industrial workers on team creativity. For this purpose, 104 industrial workers were studied to investigate the impact of convergence core competency on team creativity. The effect of convergence core competency of industrial workers on team creativity was analyzed. The analysis results show that creative thinking and consideration affect team creativity as well as industrial workers’ convergence core competency. Thus, in the future, educational content centered on convergence core competency should be developed in the university education field to enhance the sustainable growth of team creativity that. In particular, it is to verify whether the airline type has a moderating effect. As a result of the hypothesis, it was confirmed that tangiblity, responsiveness, personalization, and connectivity had a significant (+) effect on customer satisfaction.
