On this basis, it has proposed some suggestions on how to strengthen the competitiveness and ability to resist risk of the real estate enterprise. At the end, it is emphasized, that the credit and loan adjustment policy not only makes the enterprise under enormous pressure, but provides a great opportunity of reducing rivals and expanding its own scale to those really powerful real estate enterprises.
