There are shown the principles of the Orbital Segment of the LEO Internet of Things Satellite System constructing, the principle of distributed satellite using micro-satellite and cube-sat development, the method of distributed satellite service area continuous service area of the Internet of Things Satellite System creation. For the Fog Computing realization, Satellite-Computers are comprised into each Distributed Satellite. Satellite-Computers form the Orbital Distributed Computing Network. The Distributed Localized Database has been proposed to be placed on the basis of the Orbital Distributed Computing Network. The Generalized Database Structure and its Conservative and Operational parts purpose were defined. Data transfer directivity through the Orbital Segment of the LEO IoT Satellite System was considered for the Localized Database Operational part update and for the Computational Load balancing through the Orbital Distributed Computing Network.
