The article explores the processes of integration of scientific, innovative, investment and production sectors that are involved in the innovative renewal of enterprises in the engineering industry. The reasons for the technological backwardness of domestic engineering enterprises in Ukraine as a whole compared to developed countries of the world have been identified. The importance of innovative renewal of the engineering industry, as a basis for technological re-equipment of other leading branches of the national economy is shown. The role of financial support for the innovative renewal of machine-building enterprises has been identified, and the most efficient use of investment resources has been identified. The significance of the process of investment interaction of participants in innovative renewal of machine-building enterprises is shown. It has been proved that the strengthening of investment interaction, which leads to stable economic and institutional ties, is contributing to the intensification of integration processes and the formation of systemic structures in the reconstruction of the national economy. Considerable attention is paid to investment cooperation, which is a defining factor in the process of innovative renewal of machine-building enterprises. Investment collaboration is shown to be a motivational and incentive driver of innovation change, contributing to effective decision-making in the areas of innovation priorities, resourcing of innovation, and innovation performance investment process. A number of factors that determine the integration processes of entities in the innovation, investment and manufacturing sectors of the engineering industry have been identified. The processes of formation of innovation and investment production complexes that are at different stages of their life cycle and their structure are investigated.
