This study used a quantitative research method with a correlational research approach. Sampling used Accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted at the University of Jambi. The subjects used in this study were 110 student of Jambi University. This study used the scale of adversity quotient and entrepreneurial intention, and the analytical method used is the Pearson's Product Moment correlation technique. This study shows there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The contribution to the value of the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.516 with p equal to 0.001 (p <0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study, adversity quotient contributed as much as 26.6% to the intention of entrepreneurship, while 73.4% of the others were contributions from other factors that were not the focus of this study.This variable correlation has a positive direction indicating the higher the adversity quotient, the higher the intention of entrepreneurship will be. The hypothesis proposed in this study states that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being, assuming that the higher is spiritual well-being, the higher quality of life will be and conversely the lower is the spiritual well-being, the lower will the quality of life be. The subjects of this study were 80 student on on the evangelical theological seminary of Indonesia Medan. Data were obtained from a scale to measure quality of life and spiritual well-being. The calculation was performed by testing requirements analysis (assumption test), which consisting of normality test and linearity test. Data analysis was performed by using Product Moment Correlation Analysis through SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that r = 0.405 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), which indicates that there is a positive relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being. The results indicate that the contribution of the given variable, quality of life and spiritual well-being is 16.4 percent, while the remaining 83.6 percent is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The hypothesis in this study was that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment, in assumption that the higher transformational leadership, then the higher affective commitment and the lower transformational leadership, then the lower affective commitment itself. The subjects that used in this study were the elementary teacher of Cinta Budaya School, in which the population consisted of 87 teachers. Data obtained from the scale to measure transformational leadership and affective commitment. The calculation of the data began by doing a test prerequisite analysis (the test of assumptions) that consisted of a test of normality and a test of linearity. The data analysis in this study used the Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of analysis showed the correlation coefficient at r = 0.415 of the significance 0.000 (p < 0.05). This showed that there was a positive relationship between transformational leadership with affective commitment. The results of this study indicates that the variable of affective commitment can be predicted by transformational leadership at 17.2 percent and 82.8 percent of the rest are influenced by other factors which not examined in this study.
