The intention here is to argue that legal entities, private or even public, under certain circumstances, can also belong to the category of consumer. To cope with technology challenges for the support of diverse services and applications, the IEEE Latin America Conference on Cloud Computing and Communications was created by the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc), Latin America Region, with the support of the IEEE Cloud Computing Initiative.
