This is due to variations in the oil market and political and economic issues that led to the hydrocarbon’s reduction. This paper focuses on the well drilling efficiency analysis using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) algorithm, and the data collected and selected by analysis of variance and Tukey test. The overall objective of this project is to fit algorithm classification models capable of accurately selecting the best improvement heuristic option according to the characteristics of each instance of the rectangular twodimensional strip packing problem. The research methodology is based on the use of supervised data mining techniques for the adjustment of algorithm classification models. The focus is on the selection of heuristics that have the greatest potential to find quality solutions to the problem, using only as information the characteristics of the instances used. After conducting the research, it was possible to observe that the supervised data mining techniques support vector machine with polynomial kernel is the most efficient in the search for the best improvement heuristic option for the problem context. It helps to reduce costs and to standardize operational processes, bringing more efficiency. But there is still a dilemma under its performance, the gain in processes centralization and especially when compared to outsourcing services. The intention of this article is to demonstrate the various perceptions of this model, comparing the views of the client, the supplier and the available theory. A bibliographic review and a case study were applied and demonstrated that in shared service center, the specialisation workforce is a strong ally. Also it centralized the processes with scale gain, eliminated distance between the units, improved the information technology processes and improved communication. The same is a generalization of the problem of vehicle routing with deliveries and pickups, allowing the decision maker to choose how much free capacity of the vehicle will be accepted before starting to make the pickups. A GRASP heuristic has been developed to solve the problem, as well as a procedure to verify the customer's insertion in the route.
