This research was conducted at PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance is one of the financing companies in Indonesia that is currently proliferating. Purchasing decisions have an essential meaning for a financial institution because credit is one of the directives of funding by financial institutions to people who want to get an item on credit as the institution's main business. In determining a decision to purchase products and services, consumers perceive the goods and services they buy, such as the perception of the price of an item or service in making a purchase, and consumers can recognize the company's brand awareness. This research was conducted by nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 Maybank Finance consumer respondents in Indonesia who had purchased Maybank Finance car loans in 2018-2020. The results of the analysis conclude that price perception has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on credit purchasing decisions. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Service quality has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Maybank Finance. The results of the analysis conclude that service quality does not affect customer loyalty. So it can be said, good service quality may not necessarily make the customer loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance because there are still several factors that can make customers loyal. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. So it can be said, good service quality will increase customer satisfaction with PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty. So it can be said, increasing customer satisfaction will make customers more loyal to PT. Maybank Indonesia Finance. Customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. So it can be said, if the quality of service provided is getting better, it will form high customer satisfaction in the minds of customers, then this will further increase customer loyalty at PT. Therefore, women are also required to spend most of their time working. Of course this will create a dual role conflict for women as a housewife and also as a person who works. Apart from that, social life also has its own demands in daily life. This research was conducted at the Secretariat Office of the Traditional Village of Legian. This office is located at Jl. Legian No. 447, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with case studies. The informants in this study were the Head of the Traditional Village of Legian, the Head of Governmental Affairs for the Traditional Village of Legian and 8 Balinese women workers who were married and had children. Data analysis conducted in this study was to analyze the results of observations, interviews, and documentation obtained from the study. The Inspectorate Office as a government partner is not only tasked with supervising but also giving direction so that the government does not get out of the agreed path. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the Inspectorate's role in the implementation of SPIP in Surakarta City, as well as analysing the constraints that affect the implementation of the role of the Inspectorate in the implementation of SPIP in Surakarta City and analysing the efforts of the Inspectorate to improve the implementation of SPIP in Surakarta. The results of the study show that: Supervision of government administration in Surakarta City which is carried out based on existing laws and regulations, in terms of the scope of supervision is internal supervision carried out internally functionally. Constraints that affect the role of the Inspectorate in the implementation of SPIP in the City of Surakarta are understanding of human resources for SPIP is still lacking and the number of personnel is inadequate, budget oversight activities are inadequate, there is no joint commitment in implementing SPIP and risk assessment and risk mapping are not optimal due to time constraints.
