This research aims to understand and analyze the accounts receivable control system at PT ABC and to find appropriate solutions. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the average accounts receivable turnover at PT ABC fluctuates and tends to increase, from 10.89 times in 2019 to 10.45 times in 2021, driven by increased sales. The accounts receivable collection period (ACP) also varies, from 34 days in 2019 to 35 days in 2020 and 2021. The focus of the research is on the meaning and in-depth interpretation of human behavior and social phenomena. The research location is at Showroom Desata Used Car with two main informants: RDC (owner) and AF (inspector and marketing). Primary data was collected through observation and discussion forums, while secondary data was obtained from previous studies. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Desata Used Car has implemented a Marketing Mix strategy consisting of product, price, location, and promotion. The product strategy focuses on diversity to meet changing market interests, while the price strategy is adjusted to the condition of the car units being sold. Although the location of the showroom is not considered important by the owner, marketplace platforms such as OLX play an important role in reaching consumers. Promotion strategies are carried out through social media and marketplaces to increase sales. The conclusion of the study indicates that product and promotion strategies have a significant influence on increasing sales. Produk dan pelanggan Aerostreet Shoes di wilayah Soloraya menjadi fokus utama penelitian. Metode Purposive Sampling digunakan untuk memilih 250 responden sebagai sampel. Perangkat lunak yang disebut SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif. Penemuan yang ditemukan dalam eksplorasi ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor Brand Experience tidak mempengaruhi Brand Loyalty, sedangkan faktor Brand Trust mempengaruhi Brand Loyalty. Seeing the important role of human resources, it is necessary to pay attention to the provisions of the work system that should ensure a sense of security and comfort in the company, so that employees' intention to move or leave the company (turnover intention) will not exist. Because after all, employee companies are valuable assets in running the wheels of business operations so that the economy of a country remains stable. This research is a quantitative study with a survey method conducted at PT X East Java, involving 117 employees who were sampled with a population of 165 respondents. This study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) based regression approach to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on turnover intention. The practical implications emphasize the need for support and increased efforts so that turnover intention at PT. X does not occur. The management of PT. Kehadiran KPR ini merupakan fasilitator yang diberikan oleh perbankan kepada nasabah perorangan dalam hal pembelian rumah dan perbaikan rumah. Penelitian ini berencana untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh peningkatan sistem pengakuan pendanaan KPR oleh PT X KC Gresik. Teknik pemeriksaan ini menggunakan semacam eksplorasi subyektif dengan sumber informasi penting, dan pengumpulan informasi melalui wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Informasi yang diperoleh akan diuji legitimasinya dengan uji ketergantungan. Hasil eksplorasi yang dilakukan di PT X KC Gresik menunjukkan adanya berbagai teknik yang dilakukan selama proses pengakuan dana KPR kepada calon debitur, khususnya pada saat pengecekan kepraktisan dan kapasitas pemegang rekening dengan menggunakan investigasi, misalnya, 5C dan BI-Checking. Hal ini perlu dipertimbangkan karena dapat menimbulkan bahaya yang nyata, misalnya kredit bermasalah dan kewajiban yang berat. Cara berperilaku suatu perkumpulan atau perkumpulan berubah menjadi dambaan pionir melalui efek relasional pionir terhadap bawahannya. Permasalahan dalam ujian ini adalah tugas administrasi dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin kerja yang representatif dan hambatan-hambatan dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin kerja pekerja. Dalam eksplorasi ini, strategi pengumpulan informasi diselesaikan dengan menggunakan teknik pertemuan. Peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengumpulkan data, mewawancarai informan yang dianggap paling memahami subjek dari total populasi enam puluh karyawan. Hasil eksplorasi menunjukkan bahwa administrasi di PT. XYZ telah unggul dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut disiplin perwakilan dan hal ini harus terus dipertahankan. Dari konsekuensi pertemuan dengan narasumber, cenderung beralasan bahwa gaya otoritas kekuasaan mayoritas, di mana pionir umumnya mengkaji dan melibatkan perwakilan dalam pengambilan keputusan, sebenarnya ingin bekerja berdasarkan sifat pilihan. The direct test results indicate that while the impact of Brand Preference on Business Ethics and Buying Decision may not be statistically significant, Brand Innovation significantly influences Business Ethics and Buying Decision. The indirect test results suggest a nuanced relationship between Brand Preference and Buying Decision, mediated by Business Ethics. The findings underscore the importance of integrating both innovation and ethical practices in shaping consumer behavior. Businesses, including PT. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh positif antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan belanja modal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh intellectual capital disclosure dan enterprise risk management disclosure terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2021. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 140 perusahaan perbankan yang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel bebas dalam mempengaruhi variabel terikatnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa intellectual capital disclosure berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun enterprise risk management disclosure tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan perbankan. Hasil penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa perusahaan perbankan agar terus meningkatkan intellectual capital disclosure sebab intellectual capital akan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan yang mengungkapkannya.
