There are two essential points which are the history of Muslims-Christians' engagement in building social interaction and problem-solving after conflict by large, a sphere of solidarity. This research employed narrative research on the qualitative research method through historical and autoethnography approaches. The research result found that, first, the Gereja orang basudara term lives on the grassroots of society but did not show up in the institutional regime, which caused the failure of religious institutions and leaders to stop the violence during the social conflict in Maluku in 1999. After the battle, the Protestant Church of Moluccas practices peacebuilding by claiming their space and sphere as the room for all, where the church exists not only as a building for Christian people but also for Muslim people. Finally, the church does peacebuilding similar to peacebuilding in everyday life.","PeriodicalId":145909,"journal":{"name":"AJIRSS: Asian Journal of Innovative Research in Social Science","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121551886","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Visiting the development of specialty coffee in Saudi Arabia in recent years has made it one of the options for the creative economy built on community development in local tourism growth. Critically in Buraidah as one of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN) in the field of gastronomy, specialty coffee is entirely resonant with its synergies around the coffee value chain in Saudi Arabia, making it one of the proponents of the local creative economy. This paper is a qualitative descriptive through the literature, observations, site visits and interviews, which were analysed, concluded that the creative economy through coffee in Buraidah has developed more profoundly in strengthening the sustainable economy as a culinary destination in the region. Magnets can also be interpreted as objects with symptoms and properties affecting certain materials around them. Magnetic force is one part of the electromagnetic force, where the other force becomes the fundamental force of nature caused by the movements of charge. Because magnets only attract particular objects, they can also not work or are not stylized, or there can even be a rejection of some particular objects on the magnet. The new generation of transportation is fast, reliable, and safe. In addition, it is also convenient, environmentally friendly, easy maintenance, and supports mass transportation. Magnetic levitation (maglev) trains are among the best candidates that meet these requirements. \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":145909,"journal":{"name":"AJIRSS: Asian Journal of Innovative Research in Social Science","volume":"118 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121532579","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The changes in population mobility patterns have intervened in the efforts to reduce regional inequality to increase economic growth. This study aims to gain new insight into the provincial classification of the Gini ratio and the relationship between economic growth and the Gini ratio, as well as human mobility. In addition, this aims to know whether mobility is proven to mediate the Gini ratio and economic growth relationship using Path Analysis using Robust Regression. As for the data source, this study uses the provincial panel data from the 1st Semester of 2020 to the 2nd Semester of 2021 from Statistics Indonesia and Google Community Mobile Reports. This study shows that the Gini ratio has changed many provinces to a lower classification, indicating that the pandemic affects the upper-middle-class economy. Furthermore, it can be significantly proven that human mobility affects the relationship between income inequality and economic growth (Sobel test p-value = 0.0207). This study can be used as an evaluation material for the government and the stakeholders. Especially to formulate strategies so that the increase of human mobility has an economic goal and in a fit human body condition to restore the economic wheels and not become a time bomb for the COVID-19 transmission in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":145909,"journal":{"name":"AJIRSS: Asian Journal of Innovative Research in Social Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128924159","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this reason, efforts are needed to strengthen the structure in fostering gender justice. Educational institutions are strategic elements that are able to transfer the values of gender to members of the organization. This research is qualitative research with methods of collecting interview data, observation and documentation. The results showed the organizational culture of IAIN Purwokerto faculty (FUAH) can be mapped across three categories: gender responsive, gender neutral and gender bias. The gender responsive category is in the aspect of the lecture process, where most lecturers treat students equally and provide motivation and support for those who are left behind. For gender neutral categories there are aspects of mission vision, leadership, awarding mechanisms, appointments, all of which are based on applicable rules. The appointment of officials and the awarding of awards and opportunities to both lecturers, education personnel, and students are not based on gender, but rather based on predetermined criteria and qualifications. For the gender bias category there is in the aspect of infrastructure facilities, which include public facilities (stairs), seating for students in the lecture hall, and toilets.","PeriodicalId":145909,"journal":{"name":"AJIRSS: Asian Journal of Innovative Research in Social Science","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123969667","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
