The reaction was carried out under mild conditions, affording the desired products in high yields (75 – 90%). Structural characterization of the synthesized compounds was achieved using modern spectroscopic techniques, including infrared (IR) spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry (MS), which confirmed the formation of the targeted benzo[d]thiazole scaffolds. In addition to the synthetic work, the biological activities of selected compounds were evaluated. Cytotoxic activity was assessed against the carcinoma cell line (KB), revealing that compounds E1, E3, E4, E6, and E7 exhibited moderate inhibitory effects, with IC₅₀ values of 48.29, 115.46, 89.36, 84.09, and 121.89 µg/mL, respectively. However, compounds E6 and E7 did not show significant cytotoxicity against other cancer cell lines such as Hep-G2, A549, and MCF7, nor did they demonstrate noteworthy antioxidant activity. Furthermore, compounds E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, and E8 were inactive against both Gr(+) and Gr(-) bacteria as well as fungal strains. These findings provide valuable insight into the structure – activity relationships of benzo[d]thiazole derivatives and support their potential development as anticancer agents. This paper proposes a simple universal method for the determination of brodifacoum, bromadiolone and difenacoum in solid briquettes, which are a mixture of paraffin, poison and filler, which can be used as grain, flour and the like. The difficulty in the analysis of baits containing paraffin, is to get rid of it. For this, we propose to use hexane-acetonitrile extraction in the system. Paraffin dissolves in hexane, while brodifacoum, bromadiolone and difenacoum do not. The resulting two-phase system was separated using a separatory funnel and the bottom fraction was collected. If any fillers were present in the sample, they were filtered until the mixture was separated, the residue was washed with acetonitrile. Before introducing the sample into the chromatograph, it was filtered twice with PTFE filters with a porosity of 0.45 µm. The best separation was achieved using a Thermo Acclaim® Surfactant column using acetonitrile and 0.1 M aqueous ammonium acetate solution (pH 5.4) as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode. All three poisons were detected at a wavelength of 264 nm. This method has a sensitivity of 0.028 mg. The linearity range is from 0.00067 to 0.01%. The recovery rate for bromadiolone is 94%, for brodifacoum, 98%, and for difenacoum, 90%.","PeriodicalId":14557,"journal":{"name":"IZVESTIYA VYSSHIKH UCHEBNYKH ZAVEDENIY KHIMIYA KHIMICHESKAYA TEKHNOLOGIYA","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91390233","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The efficiency of different systems including Fe3+/Vis, Fe3+/PS, PS/Vis and Fe3+/PS/Vis has been evaluated. It was found that the efficiency of Fe3+/PS and PS/Vis system was low, and only about 48% of AO7 was oxidized within 20 min of experiment time under Fe3+/Vis system action, and it was further improved to almost 95% within 20 min by Fe3+/PS/Vis system. Various process-dependent parameters, such as PS, Fe3+, dye concentration as well as initial pH were investigated to optimize the process. As results indicated, the dye's degradation efficiency increased with the increase of PS and Fe3+ concentration over the tested range. The pH had an insignificant effect on the degradation of AO7. The effect of inorganic anions was also investigated and the suppressive effects of inorganic anions can be ranked in an ascending order of Cl−≈NO3−<SO42−<HCO3−≈HPO42−.Forcitation:Heng Zhong, Jun Li, Hui Zhao, Lei Sun, Aihua Xu, Dongsheng Xia, Nevsky A.V.
