Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tegangan yang dihasilkan oleh rangkaian pieoelektrik secara seri dan paralel jika diberikan beban sebesar 60 kg, 70 kg, dan 80 kg. Tegangan rata-rata yang dihasilkan oleh rangkaian seri pada beban 60 kg sebesar 3,025 volt, pada beban 70 kg sebesar 3,569 volt, dan pada beban 80 kg sebesar 3,818 volt, sedangkan untuk rangkaian paralel pada beban 60 kg menghasilkan tegangan rata-rata sebesar 1,824 volt dan pada beban 70 kg sebesar 2,455 volt dan untuk beban 80 kg menghasilkan tegangan sebesar 3,138 volt.Piezoelektrik yang dirangkai secara rangkaian seri menghasilkan tegangan rata-rata lebih besar dari pada rangkaian pararel yang masing-masing sebesar 3,470 volt pada rangkaian seri dan 2,472 volt pada rangkaian paralel. \u0000Abstract \u0000Background: Piezoelectric is defined as the ability of crystal to generate electricity on any certain material when it given a load. This study about to compared the voltage that generated by piezoelectric circuit when it given a load of 60 kg, 70 kg, and 80 kg. Pembuatan mesin penyuir daging ikan diawali dengan perancangan menggunakan solid work dan membuat gambar teknik dengan ditailnya. Pembuatan dilakukan dan kemudian merakit serta melakukan pengujian terhadap performan mesin penyuir daging ikat. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahan mesin penyuir daging ikan berhasil dibuat dengan kapasitas produksi hingga mencapai 2 kg dalam waktu 15 menit.  Waktu penyuiran selama 15 menit menghasilkan suiran daging ikan berukuran kecil dan dengan ukuran yang relatif seragam. Dengan demikian hasil pengujian mesin penyuir daging dapat menghasilkan suiran daging yang lebih baik dan dalam waktu yang relatif pendek \u0000 Kata kunci: mesin; suiran; daging; ikan; abon \u0000  \u0000Abstract \u0000Background: Fish meat shredder machine is used to increase the added value of the product, so that the selling price of products produced from fish raw materials increases and is profitable for fishermen on the Tanggamus coast. Making a fish meat shredding machine begins with designing using solid work and making technical drawings with details. The manufacture is carried out and then assembling and testing the performance of the shredder machine. The test results show that the shredder machine has been successfully made with a production capacity of up to 2 kg in 15 minutes. The whistling time of 15 minutes resulted in small and relatively uniform shreds of fish meat. Hal ini dilakukan agar furnace yang lama bisa disempurnakan secara kegunaannya. Dalam proses re-desain mempunyai beberapa tahapan yaitu diawali dengan tahap pembuatan sketsa gambar, ukuran rangka, ruang pembakaran, dan dilanjutkan pada tahap pembuatan gambar kerja. Selanjutnya adalah analisis perhitungan jumlah kalor yang dilirkan dan konsumsi listrik yang terpakai. Berdasarkan hasil dari proses pengujian furnace, dapat disimpulkan bahwa furnace yang telah di re-desain dan diperbaiki mampu bekerja secara maksimal. Suhu yang dihasilkan furnace mencapai 833°C dalam waktu 26 menit 34 detik. \u0000Abstract \u0000Re-design and repair of the furnace with a power consumption of 5000Watt was carried out to repair and add parts of the existing furnace. This is done so that the old furnace can be refined in its usefulness. In the re-design process, there are several stages, starting with the stage of making a sketch of the drawing, the size of the frame, the combustion chamber, and continuing at the stage of making working drawings. Next is the analysis of the calculation of the amount of heat released and the electricity consumption used. Based on the results of the furnace testing process, it can be concluded that the re-designed and repaired furnace is able to work optimally. Penelitian ini dilakukan ruang laboratorium PT.Enkei Indonesia dan PT. Murni Cahaya Pratama bekasi, Jawa barat, Indonesia antara Januari - Maret 2021 dengan menggunakan pelapisan electroplating krom, jari-jari sepeda motor terbuat dari material baja st37 yang sudah dilakukan pelapisan electroplating nikel, kemudian electroplating krom. Parameter penelitian adalah kuat arus pencelupan 4A, 6A, dan 8A. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah ketebalan, kekerasan, struktur makro dan struktur mikro. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kuat arus terhadap pelapisan electroplating menghasilkan nilai tertinggi ketebalan dengan rata-rata 26,77 μm, struktur mikro bersifat tahan korosi dan non magnetic, struktur makro menunjukkan hasil bercak hitam berindikasi cacat seperti porositi  dan nilai tertinggi kekerasan dengan rata- rata 4H. \u0000  \u0000Abstract \u0000The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of chrome electroplating on the thickness and hardness of the spokes of a motorcycle wich has been electroplating nikel. This research was conducted in the laboratory room of PT. Enkei Indonesia and PT. Murni Cahaya Pratama Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia between January - March 2021 using nickel-chrome electroplating, the spokes of the motorcycle are made of st37 steel which has been electroplated with nickel, then electroplated with chrome. The parameters of the research were 4A, 6A, and 8A immersion currents. The tests carried out are thickness, hardness, macro structure and micro structure. Untuk itu akan dilakukan penelitan variasi temperatur pengeringan untuk melihat karakteristik seperti: kekilapan, kemampuan bending, dan daya lekat. Pelat SPCC dipotong kemudian dilakukan proses pengecatan epoxy dan keringkan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengecatan dengan warna hitam dan keringkan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pemberian varnish dengan komposisi varnish dan solvent sebanyak 1:0,3. Setelah selesai kemudian dioven dengan variasi temperatur 40, 60, dan 80˚C selama 25 menit. After completion, it is then baked in an oven with temperature variations of 40, 60, and 80˚C for 25 minutes.
