Streets\u0000constıtude of city more than ¼. Streets are very important in terms of mobility\u0000and placemaking. Social behaviour on the Street is the result of the interaction\u0000between people and the environment. As horizontal and vertical components\u0000on the street “thresholds” are interfaces that affect the current appearance of\u0000the street. People first communicate with the urban environmet through\u0000visual perception. In the study three wide angle Street view were taken on\u0000Maçka Street and the “threshold” interface that increase the visual perception\u0000were photographed. Visual impact on Maçka Street is being evaluated 10\u0000experts on the subjects. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-Criteria\u0000Decision Making Technique (PROMETHEE) are used in the study based on\u0000social analysis. Three wide angle Street view are evaluated on the basis of\u0000criteria determined with in the scope of gestalt principle and urban design\u0000theories. Each determined main criteron and sub-criteria are compared\u0000among themselves. The results from the three street views are digitized and\u0000show on the Geometric Plave Analysis (GAIA) as (+1) (positive) and (-1)\u0000(negative) distribution. In the study, the effect of thresholds on the formation\u0000of visual perception on Maçka Street was determined through three wide\u0000angle street views. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de 2010-2015 yılları arasında faaliyette bulunan 10 geleneksel banka ve 2 katılım bankasının mali tablolarından elde edilen veriler kullanılarak çalışma iki dönem halinde incelenmiştir. Basel III öncesi dönem olarak 2010-2012 yılları arası ve Basel III sonrası dönem olarak da 2013-2015 yılları arası esas alınmıştır. Analizler sonucunda hem geleneksel bankalar ile katılım bankaları, hem de Basel III öncesi ve sonrası dönemler itibariyle çeşitli kıyaslamalar yapılmıştır.
