An alternative to reduce this gap is the empowerment of women and girls through learning content that gives them leadership and independence, knowing their rights, and preventing acts of violence. There are few technological tools that support female empowerment, these are generally aimed at adult women. This study proposes an IT model for the empowerment of girls in high school education, and an EmpowerMe system, which implements the proposed model, using Moodle, digital library, chatbot, webinar and a game-based learning platform. EmpowerMe was validated through a case study and expert judgment. The results show that there was a learning improvement of 4 points. Esta propuesta radica en la necesidad de evidenciar un aprendizaje permanente en el tiempo, no memorístico y más relacionado a la experiencia, el cual pueda ser medible. Con efectos en biología y tecnología, e impacto en el desarrollo de competencias del siglo XXI. Para lo cual se analiza el trabajo entre asignaturas, como proyectos separados que se complementan para lograr una maqueta que satisfaga las necesidades. Aplicando conocimientos en Arduino, leds y servos para crear un simulador, que es explicado y ajustado desde la asignatura de biología. For this reason, in this work comparisons are made between the methodologies for Risk Analysis, Data Mining, Reference Frameworks - Standards and International Standardization Norms, with the purpose of obtaining results and specific cases that allow the selection of an appropriate methodology against the problem to be solved in the organizations, or against what the organization wants to obtain as a result. All that, through the help of techniques or quantitative and qualitative comparison methods, established in the second part of the investigation; this will depend on which methodology can stand out against another. Methodology: The authors conducted an exploratory literature review to determine the lines of quality relationship between big data and open government data, emphasizing Colombia´s case. Results: The concept of quality is a common factor for big data and open government data, establishing the benefits, such as innovation, transparency, and economic growth, as well as the challenges related to quality aspects, such as guaranteeing the reliability of the origin of the data, facilitating the understanding of the data, and establishing quality standards. El aplicativo tiene por objeto de acompañar la operación de los equipos y permite la trazabilidad de tres elementos pertinentes para el funcionamiento como son la producción, la inocuidad y el mantenimiento y con ello promueve el aseguramiento de la calidad e inocuidad de los productos post cosecha relacionados con la transformación de la caña panelera en pequeños productores. La herramienta en su estado actual se ha desarrollado siguiendo aspectos de generalización que permiten la futura replica a otras tecnologías desarrollada por el CDT. An empirical method to launch a successful attack on IEEE 802.15.4/Zigbee devices with source routing enabled is adopted in this work to find signatures for detecting wormhole attacks in real environments. It uses the KillerBee framework with algorithms for packet manipulation through a malicious node to capture and inject malicious packets in victim nodes. Besides, a reverse variant of wormhole attack is presented and executed. To evidence the realization of this threat by the attacking software, the experimental framework includes XBee S2C nodes. Some tools such as the Intelligent Tutoring Systems have been proposed to this purpose with excellent results. However, most of the existing works have given little attention to the role of the teachers. In this article, an open source framework based on a standard intelligent tutoring system is presented. The framework aims at reducing the implementation costs and the complexity of the interfaces, in addition, the framework considers the participation of teachers. Una de las maneras para evaluar la usabilidad es por medio de los llamados test de usuario, los cuales se desarrollan en un laboratorio de usabilidad. Estas evaluaciones pretenden obtener indicadores de los tres principales atributos de usabilidad definidos en la norma ISO 9241-11: eficiencia, efectividad y satisfacción, considerando que la eficiencia y la eficacia están definidas por métricas que permiten evaluar estos atributos. En el caso de la satisfacción, es generalmente utilizada la percepción del coordinador de la prueba con respecto al comportamiento del usuario (gestos, posturas, expresiones faciales). En este artículo, se propone un método automatizado para monitorear el comportamiento emocional de un usuario durante una prueba de usabilidad en que la expresión facial del usuario es una variable de seguimiento. Tokens are directly linked to a certain data/functionality within the system, so manipulation of these objects affects the system behavior. This paper introduces TanQuery, a tangible system to support the process of learning Relational Algebra. TanQuery incorporates components to detect and track tokens, and to analyze and execute query trees.
