Our searches identified 87 potentially suitable studies, of which 34 met our inclusion criteria for inclusion. Four were studies on humans and 30 on animals. We also considered studies with one or more independent variables (intensity and/or duration of treadmill training) and neurological scale as the dependent variable as well as studies with one or more independent variables and more than one dependent variable. Besides the given independent variables, body-weight support (BWS) during treadmill training (10 to 40% of body mass) was also regarded as an important bias for collected studies. This study displayed treadmill training regardless of intensity and volume/duration had significant greater recovery of motor function than did no-training (SMD= 0.601; 95% CI= 0.546 to 0.657; P=0.0001). The current study exhibited that low intensity (≤ 0.6 m/s) - high duration/volume (>500 minutes) treadmill training as a rehabilitation strategy had the highest SMD to ameliorate stroke-induced dysfunctions compared to the other strategies.","PeriodicalId":123659,"journal":{"name":"SRPH Journal of Medical Sciences and Healthcare Management","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127578957","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to investigate and analyze the direct medical costs of patients with Covid19 by services provided in the centers and hospitals affiliated to Ilam University of Medical Sciences. This study was a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study using hospital costs information in Ilam province from March 2019 to September 2021. Financial information related to all patients diagnosed with Covid-19 disease was collected in all hospitals of the province and classified and reviewed using Excel 2016 software. In general, 1713711 services were provided in medical centers affiliated to Ilam University of Medical Sciences. Most of these services were provided in Shahid Mostafa Khomeini Educational and Medical Center as the main medical center for patients with Covid-19 in Ilam. The results of the study showed that among the direct medical costs, medication services (30%), laboratory (16%) and inpatient care (11%), were the highest costs in Ilam University of Medical Sciences. In total, out of the total direct medical costs, the share of patient's payments was 10%. The share of insurance companies in total expenditures was 83% and the share of government subsidy was 7%. Examining the pattern of drug consumption and pharmaceutical services can be considered as one of the key sectors by health policy makers in Ilam province, because the 30% share of pharmaceutical expenditures showed that the management of these services greatly control the medical expenditures of Ilam University of Medical Sciences.","PeriodicalId":123659,"journal":{"name":"SRPH Journal of Medical Sciences and Healthcare Management","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122388908","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Method: In this quasiexperimental pre – post study, 20 participants with high levels of anxiety and depression and low levels of quality of life (QOL) were recruited from 127 mothers of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. There were 10 mothers in the intervention group and 10 in the control group. The intervention program consisted of 6 two-hour sessions with an educational portion about the symptoms, etiology and treatment of ASD, and a supportive portion for managing stress and learning problem solving. Results: The mean scores of anxiety and depression decreased and QOL increased significantly in the experimental group 2 weeks after group sections, while this did not occur in the control group. This indicates significant improvement in the mental health of mothers of children with ASD following supportive and educational group therapy. Conclusion: Supportive and educational group therapy is effective for improving the mental health of mothers with ASD children.","PeriodicalId":123659,"journal":{"name":"SRPH Journal of Medical Sciences and Healthcare Management","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114411711","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To this effect, 36 randomly selected online articles from each group were subjected to analysis using Fryer‟s moves analysis framework. These articles were chosen on the basis of ease of accessibility, publication frequency and reputation. To test the hypotheses of this study, a Chi-Square Test of Independence was run to see if there were any significant differences between the number of moves employed in each section of ISI articles with those found in non-ISI articles. Overall, findings revealed that articles in both groups had significantly adhered to the major moves specified in the study‟s framework. Detail descriptive data analysis showed significant differences between the two groups in the use of Move11 (State the Limitation). It was found that 72% of the researchers in Type 1(ISI journals) had described the limitations of their studies while only36% of the authors in articles of Type 2(Non-ISI journals) had done so. However, the most striking similarities were seen in Move1 (Present Background Knowledge) and Move 12 (Conclusion). These moves were employed by all the articles in both Types of journals. In addition, two new moves named, Introduce Methods (M3) in the Introduction Section and Sample Selection (M6) in the Method Section were identified during analysis. Though the use of M3 was found to be insignificant, M6 was used by more than half of the articles in both groups. Overall, it was concluded that since articles in both groups had significantly adhered to the major moves specified in the study framework, other underlying criteria besides the application of common moves may exist in choosing articles to be published in Iranian ISI medical journals. These findings contribute to genre research and provide input for further analysis in this context.","PeriodicalId":123659,"journal":{"name":"SRPH Journal of Medical Sciences and Healthcare Management","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115194833","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
