Sun exposure can cause various problems, especially on the skin, such as dry skin. Natural moisturizers can be the solution. Formulations of green grass jelly and bengkoang leaves can be an alternative use of natural moisturizers. One of the ingredients in green grass jelly leaves is the content of polyphenols and flavonoids contained in green grass jelly leaves can function as antioxidants. The research uses a draft of 2-Factor complete randomized design (RAL) type by using 4 treatment variations of green grass jelly formula (2.5%; 5%; 7.5%; and 10%) + Bengkoang (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%) and treatment of formulations without green grass.  The results of the study are moisturizer based on green grass with the addition of bengkoang that has been made to meet the pH standard. Natural material can be used to maintain water content in the skin and soften skin is Aloe vera. Aloe vera contains minerals, vitamins A, C, E and B12. In addition to Aloe vera to maintain antioxidants in the skin is green grass jelly because it has flavonoid content. Content contained in Aloe vera and green grass jelly can be used for making natural moisturizers because at this time many moisturizers that contain harmful chemicals. This observation was to analyze differences in concentration of Aloe vera and green grass jelly on moisturizers and analyze antioxidant activity of green grass jelly. Method used in making this moisturizer is mixing with green grass jelly formulation (2.5%; 5%; 7.5%) + Aloe vera (2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%), and non-sample formulation treatment. Analysis of this experimental data was qualitative on moisturizers and quantitatively to calculate levels of flavonoids in green grass jelly. Rokana, Riska Nurtantyo Sarbini","doi":"10.22219/dedikasi.v16i1.11973","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22219/dedikasi.v16i1.11973","url":null,"abstract":"Penganekaragam produk susu menjadi dodol susu, permen susu, susu bubuk, yoghurt, dan es krim dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahan susu murni yang berkualitas, sedangkan pembuatan kerupuk susu justru memanfaatkan susu yang tidak memenuhi standar kualitas atau diistilahkan dengan susu pecah. Pengolahan susu pecah menjadi kerupuk susu merupakan solusi pemanfaatan bahan berkualitas rendah menjadi olahan berkualitas tinggi dan lebih berdaya saing. Pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode partisipatif, penyuluhan, endampingan, dan pelatihan di lokasi kedua mitra di Kecamatan Suruh Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pemecahan masalah pada kedua mitra dari aspek produksi dan aspek manajemen dilakukan secara bertahap serta melibatkan peran aktif mitra dalam pelaksanaa program secara berkesinambungan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa permintaan pasar sangat terbuka luas dan bahan baku susu kambing di Kecamatan Suruh cukup tersedia. Sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang cara pengolahan susu kambing menjadi kerupuk susu dalam rangka diversifikasi produk, pengemasan produk, teknik pemasaran secara on line, pencatatan keuangan usaha, jaminan keamanan produk berupa nomor PIRT dan bantuan fasilitas produksi berupa mesin pengering dan pengiris/pemotong kerupuk sudah dilaksanakan di kedua mitra dan respon mitra sangat bagus untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program PKM ini dalam kegiatan usaha selanjutnya. Kesimpulan PKM adalah produk krupuk susu sudah diproduksi oleh mitra dengan melakukan pengemasan yang bagus dan memiliki PIRTserta jangkaun pemasaran yang lebih luas melalui media internet.
