Based on research that has been done on the potential of the Virtual Exhibition, there are still fundamental problems that have not been resolved. In Indonesia, a virtual exhibition was recently known and discovered since the emerge of the Covid-19 pandemic which also affected the art ecosystem. Virtual Exhibition encourages the art ecosystem to keep running with all its limitations. This research uses the interview method along with artists and exhibitors, questionnaires for art enthusiast, and a comparison of three Visual Exhibition was held recently by the art community, government as well as educational institutions. The objective of this research is to giving clear perspectives of experiences in a virtual art exhibition as an alternative art space during pandemic COVID-19 to all groups of society.","PeriodicalId":118418,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference of Innovation in Media and Visual Design (IMDES 2020)","volume":"98 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124162892","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is understandable because compared to other animation techniques that are done digitally, stop motion seems impractical due to the fact that it requires more time, higher production cost, a lot more tools and materials. This paper discusses explorations and utilization of alternative materials for already known conventional materials in the making of puppet and set of stop motion animation using used items, inorganic household waste, and other reusable materials while still considering the function and aesthetic, thereby contributing to waste recycling. This is in line with the theme of the film which raises the issue of environmental pollution, in which the results of this research are applied. This qualitative research is project-based and uses literature study, observation, and experiment method to collect data.","PeriodicalId":118418,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference of Innovation in Media and Visual Design (IMDES 2020)","volume":"123 34","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113944934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The potential buyer cannot visit the property to experience the real space physically as before anymore. In this situation, an advance tool is needed to improve the marketing strategy in the real estate business. Currently, the 360 photography and virtual tour have become the most relevant marketing strategy to sell the property. As a new approach, Matterport, as one of the online platforms, is presented. The study engaged in an archival method or document review, thematic and content analysis. Four themes between the conventional approaches and Matterport online application were compared and discussed which are: (1) accessibility, (2) visual capture, (3) details information, (4) visual experience. This paper presents and explains the Matterport as a new platform for the marketing approach, which aims at helping the real estate business to survive during the pandemic COVID-19.","PeriodicalId":118418,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference of Innovation in Media and Visual Design (IMDES 2020)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123272337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main characteristic is quite distinctive such as seeing words as if they seem doubled, overlapped, irregular, moved, danced, faded, swirled, and even bounced or jumped out of the page which is termed as visual-perceptual distortion. Since 1887, some researchers have tried to discover the most beneficial methods to accommodate people with dyslexia in spelling and reading. In response to this, British Dyslexia Association published Dyslexia Style Guides in 2018, which aimed to ensure that written material considers the difficulties experienced by individuals with dyslexia who estimated around 10% in the world. This was also echoed in Indonesia as the fourth South-east Asian countries based on disability prevalence, where approximately 1 out of 5 people sustained linguistic or learning difficulties. This research was addressed to analyse the BDA Dyslexia Style Guides and perceive its effectiveness through a comparative study with other past research.","PeriodicalId":118418,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference of Innovation in Media and Visual Design (IMDES 2020)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129947538","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
