It is a rare fungal infection can be classified into various types like rhino-orbitocerebral, cutaneous, disseminated, gastrointestinal, and pulmonary. Due to small number of diagnostic tools and therapeutic drugs availability still today mucormycoses were difficult to detect as well as to manage.
