Di Provinsi Jambi terdapat lebih kurang 214 lembaga Pesantren. Pesantren ini terus berkembang, ada yang konvensional dan modern. Salah satu Pesantren Modern di Kota Jambi adalah Pesantren Ainul Yaqin. Pesantren Ainul Yaqin berdiri semenjak tahun 2001, namun kurang berkembang dan cenderung stagnan padahal berada di pusat kota. Berdasarkan observasi, masalah utamanya adalah  masalah manajemen, sehingga diperlukan pendampingan. Tujuan dari pendampingan adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan Pesantren Ainul Yaqin Kota Jambi melalui pendampingan penguatan manajemen. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan (a)Menyiapkan Community Action Plan (CAP) (b) Situation Analysis, (c)Doing with The Community, (d)The Inner Resources Approach, (e)Check (Evaluating and Controlling). Target pendampingan adalah komunitas Pesantren Ainul Yaqin Kota Jambi. Komunitas dipilih Setelah dilakukan studi pendahuluan dan wawancara. The results of this literature review article are: 1) audit experience has an effect on fraud detection; 2) dose effect on fraud detection; and 3) professional skepticism has an effect on fraud detection. \u0000Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman audit, kompetensi, dan skeptisme profesional dalam mendeteksi fraud. This research was conducted in the Bekasi Regency area, namely consumers who use tekno sport shop products. The population in this study are consumers who use or who have bought products from a techno sport shop in the Bekasi district, with an unknown number of 203 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using Partial Least Square and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that in the hypothesis test, the price variable has no effect and is not significant because the sig value is 0.759 > 0.05 and the Tstatistic is 0.307, so it is said to have a negative effect. Promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value of 0.002 < 0.05 and a Tstatistic of 3,045, the results are declared significant because Tstatistics > 1.97. Then there is the Place variable which has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of sig 0.005 < 0.05 and T statistics 2.831, these results are declared significant because Tstatistics > 1.97. Based on the calculation results show that price, promotion and place have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the R Square value of 0.923. This shows that the higher the price, promotion and place on purchasing decisions, the better. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan parsial dari variabel bebas yaitu Harga, Promosi dan Tempat, variabel terikat yaitu Keputusan Pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi yaitu konsumen yang menggunakan produk toko tekno sport.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan atau yang pernah membeli produk toko tekno sport di wilayah kabupaten bekasi yang berjumlah tidak diketahui dengan sampel 203 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square dan Uji Hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam uji hipotesis variabel Harga tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan karena nilai sig 0.759 > 0.05 dan Tstatistik 0.307, maka dikatakan berpengaruh negatif. Variabel Promosi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai sig 0.002 < 0.05 dan Tstatistik 3.045, hasil tersebut dinyatakan signifikan karena Tstatistik > 1.97. Lalu ada variabel Tempat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai sig 0.005 < 0.05 dan Tstatistik 2.831, hasil tersebut dinyatakan signifikan karena Tstatistik > 1.97. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa harga, promosi dan tempat berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0.923. PKK is a Government Partner and Community Organization, which functions as a facilitator, planner, implementer, controller and driver at each level for the implementation of the PKK program. The heavy and noble task of the PKK organization is to make the PKK chairman its members and need to understand their functions and roles as well as job descriptions.All of these leaders have tasks that are not easy, especially during the pandemic and post-pandemic conditions, many plans have not been realized or even been ineffective. The needs of society are largely changing. Therefore an evaluation and review of the 2021 and 2022 programs is needed. In order for planning to be focused and in accordance with the needs of the city of Bekasi, training and assistance are needed in making work plans in the PKK organization which begins with making SWOT. Standard Operating Procedure, as well. The results of the training and planning are expected to increase the competence of PKK administrators in making appropriate SWOT and planning in accordance with organizational goals and this is evidenced by the output of the training, namely several SOP and work planning programs. \u0000Abstrak: Setiap organisasi yang ingin mewujudkan tujuan organisasinya wajib membuat perencanaan efektif tidak terkecuali organisasi sosial, yaitu Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) yang merupakan organisasi masyarakat nasional. PKK adalah Mitra Kerja Pemerintah dan Organisasi Kemasyarakatan, yang berfungsi sebagai fasilitator, perencana, pelaksana, pengendali dan penggerak pada masing – masing jenjang demi terlaksananya program PKK. Tugas berat dan mulia dari organisasi PKK membuat ketua PKK anggotanya dan perlu memahami fungsi dan peran serta job deskripsinya. Semua para pimpinan ini memiliki tugas yang tidak mudah terlebih lagi kondisi pandemi dan pasca pandemi banyak perencanaan tidak terealisasi bahkan tidak tepat guna. Kebutuhan masyarakat sebagian besar berubah. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan evaluasi dan review program 2021 dan 2022. Agar perencanaan dapat fokus dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kota Bekasi diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan perencanaan  kerja di organisasi PKK yang diawali SWOT, dan prosedur operasi standar, serta. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the work discipline at the Education Office of West Java Province as a whole is very good, but there are some things that need to be improved, especially regarding the Remuneration (Salary and Welfare) received that is not in accordance with the workload given and There is an implementation of punishments when committing mistakes at work have not affected employees to always be disciplined. \u0000Abstrak: Menurut Prawirosentono dalam Sinambela (2016:481) kinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi, sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing, dalam rangka upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi bersangkutan secara legal, tidak melanggar hukum, dan sesuai dengan moral dan etika. The basis of this study used 203 respondents to be used as samples in the study, which in this study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to Lazada consumers in Bekasi City. Data analysis techniques in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS) and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that in the hypothesis test, the variable Customer Value had a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a sig value of 0.041 < 0.05 and Tstatistics of 2.054, the results stated that Tstatistics > 1.96. And the Consumer Trust variable has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction with a sig value of 0.005 < 0.05 and Tstatistics 2.809, the results are declared significant because Tstatistics > 1.96. Then there is the service quality variable that has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a sig value of 0.000 > 0.05 and a Tstatistic of 4.741, the results stated that Tstatistics > 1.96. Based on the calculation results show that customer value, consumer trust and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the R Square value of 0.635. This shows that the higher the customer value, consumer trust and service quality towards customer satisfaction, the better. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarkah Pengaruh Nilai Pelanggan, Kepercayaan Konsumen, dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen E-commerce Lazada di Wilayah Kota Bekasi. Dasar penelitian ini menggunakan 203 responden untuk digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian, dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen Lazada di Kota Bekasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dan Uji Hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam uji hipotesis variabel Nilai Pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai sig 0.041 < 0.05 dan Tstatistik 2.054, hasil tersebut dinyatakan bahwa Tstatistik > 1.96. Dan variabel Kepercayaan Konsumen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai sig 0.005 < 0.05 dan Tstatistik 2.809, hasil tersebut dinyatakan signifikan karena Tstatistik > 1.96. Lalu ada variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan nilai sig 0.000 > 0.05 dan T statistik 4.741, hasil tersebut dinyatakan bahwa Tstatistik > 1.96. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa nilai pelanggan, kepercayaan konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen.
