Whenever customer goes into the market in search of a new car, they have a lot of questions and among them one of the questions is that which car in their consideration is the safest and in case of a mishappening would keep them protect them the most. We decided to answer that question across three categories, namely Hatchback, Sedan and SUV by comparing the safety features they offer and the price they charge for them. Today is time of automatic cars, which are driverless cars, which are based on usage of Artificial Intelligence. Also AI based techniques as Artificial neural network are already been used in the optimization of input parameters in conventional machining and unconventional machining, which are used in the manufacturing of cars.","PeriodicalId":106809,"journal":{"name":"EngRN: Vehicles (Topic)","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121440239","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is where the need of self driving car comes into picture which is completely automated and significantly reduces the death ratio due to accidents. <br>","PeriodicalId":106809,"journal":{"name":"EngRN: Vehicles (Topic)","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114462680","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Financial manager must take three major decisions i.e. Financing decisions, Investment decisions and Dividend decisions. The third vital decision of a company is the volume of cash to be given to shareholders. Dividend policy includes the part of earnings given to shareholders in cash as dividends. This paper takes into consideration the automobile sector companies listed in NIFTY 50 for 10 years i.e. 2009 to 2018. It attempts to find out whether dividend decisions of the company affect its market price. Generally speaking shareholders expect a return from the company. After the analysis, the study concluded that there exists a robust relationship between dividend pay-out ratio and market value of certain companies and some companies had negative relationship.","PeriodicalId":106809,"journal":{"name":"EngRN: Vehicles (Topic)","volume":"142 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116586155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We allow for an autonomous car to affect the utility difference between being at home and being in the vehicle differently than the utility difference between being at work and being in the vehicle, compared to the differences experienced with a normal car. This affects the relative importance of values of travel delays, schedule delays early, and schedule delays late. Hence multiple possible changes in travel patterns may occur when autonomous cars become available. Switching to an autonomous vehicle may impose a net negative or positive externality, by raising the marginal external cost of autonomous cars themselves while lowering that of normal cars. We examine three provision regimes: marginal cost pricing, second-best pricing and profit-maximizing pricing by a private monopoly. The second-best mark-up (over marginal cost) rises with the price sensitivity, due to the increasing marginal external cost. Surprisingly, for the monopoly, mark-up may rise or fall with the price sensitivity, depending on the relative strength of the externality and of market power, where the former tends to raise it, and the latter tends to reduce it. Furthermore, the difference of the mark-up between private monopoly and second-best public provision falls as the demand becomes more price-sensitive.","PeriodicalId":106809,"journal":{"name":"EngRN: Vehicles (Topic)","volume":"15 4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-09-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124914286","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
