This research focuses on exploring the potential benefits of citizens and stakeholder engagement in participatory planning for the development of a sustainable urban mobility plan in the region of Bratislava using dialogue marketing and the wheel of persuasion techniques. This study also investigates the role of public engagement and citizens’ experiential knowledge and information on fostering collaboration and active involvement in the planning process for increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of public transport and shared mobility services as the main objective prioritized in the Bratislava integrated regional operational programme. Within this paper, the analysis of reservation systems and subsequent implementation of the reservation system is presented. The reservation system was implemented in the form of a web application, which considered the findings from the analysis of available solutions. The created reservation system consists of two parts, namely the administration panel and the reservation form. The admin panel provides several features, such as managing rooms, reservations, services, calendar, creating forms, statistics, and more. At the same time, the system automates several processes, such as publishing events on a web page or displaying reservations, for example on televisions. Other automated tasks include document generation, data export, or automatic emailing. When creating the booking form, the emphasis was mainly on simplicity, user friendliness and at the same time providing several functionalities. The development of the application also considered security. Mobile applications make it possible to take an innovative approach to solve various set tasks. The interaction between the teacher and the student is maintained during the pedagogical process. A virtual component in the form of a mobile application is added to the process. The addition of another element in the form of a mobile application developed based on the principle of an expert system represents a modern teaching environment. In terms of the use of mobile technologies in the educational environment, there are both advantages and negatives. However, expanding the ability to represent the knowledge offered by mobile technologies contributes to a more effective perception of information. Expert systems group a summary of knowledge in different industries. This knowledge is gained from experts in a specific field. Subsequently, they serve as support tools in the decision-making process. However, in certain cases, they can replace specialists in a given issue. This article presents a summary of the characteristics of the principles of using mobile technologies in the learning environment. Lists aspects of the use of mobile technologies. It also provides a detailed description of the structure and principle of operation of the expert system. The implementation of this knowledge is represented by the design of a mobile application in the form of an expert system. The increasing application of formal method ASM in academic and industrial projects has caused a rapid development of tools around ASM of various complexity and goals. Today, there exist various routing protocols for this environment. The Abstract State Machines (ASM) are nowadays acknowledged as a formal method successfully employed as system engineering method that guides development of systems complex seamlessly from requirements capture to their implementation. Several tools supporting ASM have been developed in the past. ASMETA modelling toolset, which is a set of tools for ASM based on the metamodelling approach of the Model-driven Engineering (MDE). Based on these facts, the basic definition formula of the stability of electronic systems is described and explained. We introduce the basic description of deep learning methods and their applications. The need for a targeted, well-thought-out and systematically managed digital transformation of education in schools as a means to achieve this educational goal comes to the fore. Meaningful school digitalization should aim at the transformation of the school as a community of actors and also school as an educational space and support the improvement of quality in education. These ambitious goals require a deep awareness of the main goal of modern education in relation to students and society, setting the vision of the digital school and the subsequent preparation and consistent implementation of an action plan for its digital transformation. The preparation of an action plan requires an understanding of the features of a digital school and an evaluation of the current state of school digitalization. In order to support the digital transformation of primary and secondary schools in Slovakia, an innovative education Transformation of Education and Schools for the Digital Age for school management and digital coordinators as leaders of school digitalization was implemented within the national project IT Academy - Education for the 21st Century. The content of the training also included support for the use of a valid SELFIE tool for evaluating the current state of digitalization in various areas, from the perspective of leaders, teachers and students. The results were the starting point for schools to prepare their proper action plans for a period of 4 years. Performance of such large heterogenous telepresence infrastructure can be limited not only by hardware resources utilization or network bandwidth but also with software cloud licensing limitations. After problem analysis we designed and implemented new NTI service booking system with ability to prevent high NTI resources usage. Research results are in form of integration of mechanisms of identification of critical nodes in specific booking time and mechanisms for proper technology resources balancing and effective license capacity distribution based on each service request. That enforced significant changes in global education. The sudden shift to remote education fosters the broader deployment of digital learning. In the field of engineering education, this transition becomes an incredibly ambitious challenge. For engineering education, it is necessary to acquire practical skills in experimental laboratories to understand complex processes and coherences. Even though various approaches exist, the author proposes a hybrid education model that optimizes skills and safety requirements. The author's implementation of the hybrid education achieved positive feedback from students. On the other hand, in contradiction to different scholars, the author, based on feedback from students and teachers, rejects the conclusion that the Covid19 pandemic prepared us for digital learning. The knowledge of digital learning options has increased, but the lasting absence of face-to-face education has increased the negative sentiment towards digital education among both teachers and students.
