Deep learning technique is most popular state of the art method in recent applications. There are two stages involved the pre-processing and segmentation via Convolutional Neural Network (CNN).The MRI image with noise is used as an input image. MRI images are collected from publicly available database Open Access Series of Image Studies (OASIS). Three layers are used in this network, which is used to segment the brain region. The MR images are first given to pre-processing step to enhance the quality of image for segmentation. In this work, Non Local Mean Filter is used for image denoising which calculates weighted average of pixels and finding similarity with the target pixel. The denoised image is given as an input of CNN. Brain region segmentation by deep learning involves feature extraction. CNN learns features directly from an image and no handcrafted features are needed. The method consists of three steps such as input data generation, construction of model and learning the parameter. So, a compact representation from the image as image patches are given as input data to the multilayer convolutional neural network. The supervised deep network consists of three layers. Input image is given to the input layer, it predict the label from input layer. In every hidden layer one convolutional layer and one pooling layer is Present. Convolutional layer compute a dot product of the weights, input, and add a bias term. In this work 4 training images and 1 testing images in ages from the database are used. CNN is trained iteratively with representative input patterns along with target label. The execution of the CNN gives high exactness in the scope of 94% to 96%.","PeriodicalId":202831,"journal":{"name":"international journal of engineering technology and management sciences","volume":"101 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127611209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The vortices are generated at the wingtip in the turbulent flow. For the reduction of the vortices the small device with the positive or negative cant angle called winglet is introduced. This paper describes Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis, performed on a trapezoidal wing prototype with a winglet of NACA 63(2)-215 airfoil section. The White comb geometry is used for the parametric values of the winglet. The objectives of the analysis were to compare the aerodynamic characteristics and to investigate the performance of winglets at cant angles -15°, 0°, 15°, 30° and 450 at the constant angle of attack (AOA) 0°. The entire wing works on around 0.5 Mach .The CFD simulations were performed in ANSYS fluent. 3-dimensional unstructured tetrahedral meshes were used to compute the flow around the model. The parameters like pressure, velocity are found and analyzed at different cant angles.","PeriodicalId":202831,"journal":{"name":"international journal of engineering technology and management sciences","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133045362","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The busy routine life is a major challenge for doctors to regularly monitor the Health of a COVID Patient. To overcome this problem faced by the family members and doctors in this pandemic situation, we have designed a smart Health monitoring system using IoT (Internet of Things). This system immediately checks and alerts about the critical situations faced by the COVID Patients. This system uses NODEMCU ESP8266 controller, for continuous tracking of the Patient’s Blood Oxygen saturation (SpO 2 ) level. Additionally, Patient Health parameters such as Body Temperature, Heart rate (BPM), as well as Room Temperature and Humidity can also be measured. The Patient Health data are collected and stored in an IoT platform (BLYNK). These Patient Health parameters can be monitored from anywhere by any devices such as Smartphones, Laptop, PC, Smart TV’s etc… that supports browsing capabilities. If the levels of Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO 2 ) gets lower, it sends a warning immediately to the family members, doctors and to the nearest hospital through mail, phone call and SMS (Short Message Service). By Checking the data obtained from the system, necessary actions could be taken before the problem becomes severe. Thus, the Patient’s life can be saved in time by using this proposed system.","PeriodicalId":202831,"journal":{"name":"international journal of engineering technology and management sciences","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127499672","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It causes the erosion of fundamental values. Teachers have experienced similar changes, too. The sudden increase in the number of teacher education institutes causes a dilution in quality, infrastructure and human resources. In addition, there is a full decline in moral standards, which are essential pillars of society. Moral codes are sets of beliefs and are considered necessary for teachers. They are an essential part of teaching. These are reflected in what is taught to the students and how teachers teach and interact with the students. This paper discusses how moral codes for teachers are important.","PeriodicalId":202831,"journal":{"name":"international journal of engineering technology and management sciences","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130458986","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The composite materials are lightweight with extra strength as well as stiffness; the replacement of FRP composite materials to conventional metal (SM45C) materials applied in automotive car components can cut back the weight and enhance the mechanical properties of those components. This task deals with the power shaft of MARUTI OMNI to design the shaft for its minimal dimensions and fulfil modern-day disadvantages with specification then replace traditional metallic material with Carbon/Epoxy FRP composite material. Then a component version created for individual dimensions in CATIA V5R19 software. As soon as modeling, Torsional buckling evaluation and Modal analysis could be carried out for propeller shafts the use of ANSYS R14.5 to validate the theoretical calculations and analytical outcomes. The received outcomes are compared and Carbon/Epoxy Fiber Reinforced Polymer composite material is selected as a better alternative material for normal steel material in terms of many mechanical properties for light motor cars.","PeriodicalId":202831,"journal":{"name":"international journal of engineering technology and management sciences","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115161242","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
